A veteran of the War of the Griffon Sword, Teveriel briefly led the Golden Hawks special forces unit alongside the sorcerer [[Kardgar]] and others. The war was marked with tragedy for Teveriel in particular, who lost both his father and brother to the Dark Alliance's forces. Some time after the end of the War, the Hawks were officially disbanded and Teveriel was relieved of his command.
Teveriel was born in Ta'Vaalor, the younger of two sons born to Lord Tessian Anduin Vaalor and Lady Viera Aenarion Loenthra. Lady Viera perished due to complications of Teveriel's birth, leaving his lord father the sole caretaker of two young boys born a mere decade apart.

Bereft of purpose, Teveriel devoted himself to Voln's cause, even going so far as to make pilgrimage to the House of the Paladin in Elstreth to train as a full-fledged Paladin of the lesser deity. For a time, he made his way as a wanderer of sorts, hunting undead across elven and imperial lands. It took years for him to wake from this living nightmare--and it was [[Uniana]], whom he had come to know during the War and had recently returned, who roused him.
As was customary in the Anduin family, Teveriel was sent at a young age to a prestigious academy within Ta'Loenthra known as 'The Scholasticate,' where he was educated in language, arithmetic, sciences, and in the matter of the Patrons from the age of 5 to 25. Upon graduation, he was returned to Ta'Vaalor to study subjects more relevant to soldiery, as also was customary. He graduated with modest but respectable honors and soon began a career with the Crimson Legion the lasted nigh on three hundred years.

The two of them married on Ivastaen the Twenty-First of 5122, later founding the [[Gilded Talon Consortium]] with [[Aureliano]] Tiberius Vaalor. With renewed purpose, he is determined to see to it that his homeland is safe and secure from any threat by land or sea and help to usher it into a new era of trade and diplomacy.
In the summer of 5097, Teveriel and a bandon of legionnaires were dispatched as the retinue of a prominent Vaalor merchant to the frontier town of Wehnimer's Landing. At this time, the city-states of the Elven Nations were largely closed to the world west of the Dragonspine; this was one of many mercantile expeditions meant to probe interest in Vaalor goods as well as seek out viable resources for which to trade.

Teveriel initially balked at the assignment, believing it beneath him; what could these barbarians possibly have to offer the greatest of the elven city-states? But as the bandon's return to Ta'Vaalor became further and further delayed, Teveriel came to respect the quiet strength of some of the town's adventuring populace, though he was loth to admit such at the time.

It was during his time in Wehnimer's Landing that Teveriel came to join the Order of Voln, an event that would change his life forever. A fellow warrior whom Teveriel had come to greatly respect, Dagor, brought him to Voln's monastery in the Trollfang, whereupon he began to expound upon the Order's calling. This was of particular interest to Teveriel, who knew well the tales of the undead that plagued lands both near and far from his city's walls. Indeed, he had fought against such creatures himself and found himself powerless - much to his chagrin - without the aid of a local cleric.

His oath taken, he devoted himself to the Paladin's cause. In the Order, he found camaraderie such that he had rarely experienced even among his fellow Legionnaires. Though he fought alongside the Landing's citizens in many battles, including the so-called Bregandian War and the matter of the feithidmor, his work for the Order would define the rest of his time spent in Wehnimer's Landing and after some years of such labor, he became a Master of Voln.

Teveriel's return to Ta'Vaalor was marked by the eruption of the War of the Griffon Sword. During this time, Teveriel requested assignment to the newly formed Golden Hawks who, with the Crimson Ravens, spearheaded the Vaalorian war effort against the Dark Alliance. Many whom Teveriel had been acquainted with in the West, including the lady warriors Ilvane Fiastash and Evelith, came to Ta'Vaalor's aid - but Teveriel was among the few among the Vaalor who welcomed the outside assistance.

After the war's Vaalor theatre had ended, Teveriel alongside Evelith and the sorcerer Kardgar headed the remnants of the Golden Hawks, whom had been repurposed after the war into a semi-independent "special forces" unit. However, without a defined enemy to focus their efforts upon, and with the War continuing once more in the western lands, the Hawks eventually disbanded. Teveriel, having grown ever more devoted to his Order's cause, once more found himself traveling west, this time of his own accord.

With the sword destroyed, the war was finished and Teveriel returned, for a time, to Ta'Vaalor. But it no longer felt like 'home' to him. He had come to see his fellow Vaalor as largely unable or unwilling to see what he viewed as the larger picture of Elanith as a whole. And so he left, taking up the mantle of a wandering Master of Voln, traveling the lands of elves and humans alike to seek out and destroy the ever-present threat of the undead, frequently finding himself in Wehnimer's Landing and Solhaven.
