Undead are immune to the attacks of normal weapons. Weapons which have been blessed by the Holy Blade spell can harm the undead. The duration of the spell is 3 swings multiplied by the level of the caster. Ranks in Spiritual Lore, Blessings will add swings, 1 per rank.
A Cleric with 25 ranks of the Cleric Base spell list can add holy water flares to a weapon. A Cleric with 40 ranks can bless magic metal weapons (such as vultite) or enchanted weapons. Weapons with critical weighting, damage weighting, or flares cannot be blessed. Weapons which are cursed may explode when blessed. This can be used to disarm certain undead opponents which carry cursed weapons.
