The Ruined Tower
The Ruined Tower is located just across the Bay. The distinctive blue-tiled roof can even be seen on the trip in from the deck of the Live Bait. In the past it was the home of Kiergaunt Pandarre. Now, however, it is a fearsome ruin full of lizard creatures called Hisskra and watery elemental creatures called water wyrds
The upper levels contain the ruins of the blue tiled tower, including access to the roof and a small workshop. For the most part the water wyrds stay in this area. Below the tower, however, is a warren of small prisoner cells and an access to the Bay. The hisskra range all over the ruins, including just outside of them.
Unique Properties of the Ruined Tower
It is not possible to use a gold ring to leave the area, but it is possible to get their via magical means.
