Summary

Accompanied by Landing adventurers, the Silver Gryphons' squires bring a restrained Thrayzar to the Circle of Stones as planned for the ritual performed by Akenna and Missoni. The group discovers a star smeared in flesh blood in the area, but no other sign of Grishom Stone. Akenna, then later Missoni, draw and activate their sigils while Marshal Stormyrain attempts to coax him back verbally and seek his permission to enter his mind.

Eventually, with a small prick of blood, lights begin to seep from his body, then form a cloud of ethereal fog... and adventurers enter into Thrayzar's mind and onto the landscape of Barret's Gorge. They find a young boy named Bradwen, seemingly seeing the body of his knight father carried home. He disappears, then reappears later at the stairs leading to the Demonwall. There he recalls being told there is another way to fight wars--as he encounters a man apparently belonging to the Ivory Thorns.

Then the boy is replaced as the older human Thrayzar appears, not knowing where he is. Perigourd clears up that we're in his mind. Thrayzar recognizes some in the crowd and says he's been sitting here for a very long time. Various people ask how much he recalls, but he doesn't recall much, saying it's jumbled, ad he needs to warn Walkar about Drangell's siege. He seems to get his bearings as he remembers the curse that turned him into an orc, and wonders why he's appearing as a human now.

He says he wants to be freed from the curse, but before everyone can clarify what that entails, his mind races in another direction toward Madelyne. Puptilian jogs his memory on his first time coming to the Landing and Thrayzar recalls Greganth and Seomanthe. He hears singing, then walks toward the Demonwall and through a blood-dripping fissure that appears in midair.

As he chases the source of the singing throughout the night, adventurers follow and struggle their way through battling and sorting out his memories. After myriad clashes and adventures, Thrayzar at last remembers when everyone tried entering his mind before to help Pylasar and a black door appeared.

Everyone asks whether he wants to be restored as a sane orc or restored as a human, and he wants to be human and retain his memories. Pup asks if he's okay with the consequences of being cured, as various people explain that Stone somehow benefits from it. Regardless, he wishes to break his curse and be human again. He thanks everyone for coming him and leads them to an area where he can break the curse.

Mist on the walls reveals an image of an elven woman and elven man having dinner with their children. Thrayzar says the Ivory Thorns found him again before he could marry the woman. He touches a door through which he can exit the curse, but the woman in the image doubles over with pain and a cackling voice in Thrayzar's mind says that ending the curse will end her.

As Thrayzar withdraws and the woman gradually recovers, some question whether it's an illusion, whether it's past or present, whether Raznel's curse can still have such an impact after she's dead, or whether it's Stone showing the image. Thrayzar touches the door again, but the elven woman screams with pain and the cackling voice returns.

Eventually he decides to leave her happy and reclaims the transformation into an orc, regaining his sanity in the process as he successfully exits the labyrinth of his memories.

Assembling at the Circle of Stones

[Town Square Central]

This is the heart of the main square of Wehnimer's Landing. The impromptu shops of the bazaar are clustered around this central gathering place, where townsfolk, travellers, and adventurers meet to talk, conspire or raise expeditions to the far-flung reaches of Elanith. At the north end, an old well, with moss-covered stones and a craggy roof, is shaded from the moonlight by a strong, robust tree. The oak is tall and straight, and it is apparent that the roots run deep. You also see the Yairra disk, a red forest fox, the palm frond-shaped Leafiara disk, the Shaddyan disk, the Crysty disk, the Aellis disk, the Peche disk, the yellow Ilyumar disk, the Ramael disk, the Ulryka disk, the jet-sheened Kayani disk festooned with grave blossoms, a puckish lake spirit that is flying around, the earth brown Willm disk, the Mordus disk, the Annastasiia disk, the Theona disk, the faenor Chandrellia disk inlaid with intersecting bands of jet, a shaggy silver and white puppy with mismatched blue and brown eyes, the Xelleon disk, the Chamorr disk, the vermeil Myasarie disk draped with silver strands of tidal pearls, a heartbroken dune spirit that is flying around, a pale-faced coppery barn owl, a canvas sack, the Naxxet disk, a large acorn, a large acorn, a large acorn, a ruffed wolfhound, a large acorn, a large acorn, a blue-swirled silver wax candle, a twisted black and white candle, a golden flame-shaped candle, a large acorn, a large acorn, a large acorn, a silver-traced carved mahogany cart with some stuff on it, a round silver-banded barrel, an herbal remedy donation bin, some wide stone benches with some stuff on it and obvious signs of someone hiding.

There is the briefest flicker of crimson light in the distance and then it quickly fades away.

Speaking heartily to Stormyrain, Chamorr says, "My goodness, stand still, ya need a new doo."

Speaking to Pukk, Chandrellia says, "I didnt do it this time i swaer."

Speaking to Chamorr, Stormyrain says, "No."

Speaking to Leafiara, Pukk says, "You're up."

Chandrellia asks, "Wait, crimson light?"

Pukk recites:

"Everybody join Leafiara!"

Leafiara asks, "Are the Gryphons getting Thrayzar now?"

Speaking heartily to Stormyrain, Chamorr says, "Yes, we make ya be youtiful."

[General] Leafiara inquires, "Gryphons, are we ready?"

Speaking to Chamorr, Stormyrain says, "No."

Pukk recites:

"Everybody join Leafiara!"

The voice of Locklyer says, "Don't do it, it's a trap."

Chandrellia recites:

"Everybody listen to Pukk when he says join Leafi!"

Delyorik says, "It has to be a trap. Leafi gets lost like a ranger."

Stormyrain says, "Cryheart says they are on the way."

Guarrin's group just arrived.

Leafiara says, "Ah, there everyone is."

Ulryka asks, "..."they"...?"

The voice of Locklyer says, "Something rangers are noted for."

Speaking to Leafiara, Vaemyr says, "Reinforcements are here."

Delyorik says, "Definitely a trap."

Speaking to Cryheart, Pukk says, "You're too late. We all joined Leafi."

Speaking curiously to Cryheart, Leafiara asks, "Ready to move Thrayzar to the Circle of Stones soon?"

Speaking to Puptilian, Pukk says, "Join Leafi...not Guarrin."

Cryheart says, "Guarrin is leading."

Speaking to Stormyrain, Puptilian says, "I will still bring up helping Stone is dangerous. I know your point, I get your point, but I still have to call this out."

Severine whispers something to Leafiara.

Delyorik recites:

"Join Leafiara to meet your doom... I mean, get to where you're going."

Cryheart says, "Well..he was."

Speaking to Delyorik, Pukk exclaims, "That's the spirit!"

Vaemyr says, "Now join Cryheart."

Speaking to Puptilian, Stormyrain says, "Tomorrow's trouble, tomorrow. Thrayzar is my concern today. We have already given Grishom what he wanted in Glethead, so the stone has been rolled."

Speaking to Leafiara, Pukk says, "I guess it will be him after all."

Pukk recites:

"Everybody join Cryheart now!"

Speaking to Stormyrain, Lylia says, "Precisely."

Speaking heartily to Leafiara, Chamorr says, "Helping Stne."

Delyorik recites:

"Now join... just kidding."

Lylia says, "We have already paid the bill."

Xorus says, "Stone was already paid to do it. And he knows what he is doing."

Speaking to Puptilian, Vaemyr says, "I tend to agree with you, but I believe we are outnumbered here, and thus I'm here to still try and make things go as best as we can."

Speaking to Leafiara, Pukk says, "It's my power as herald."

Ramael softly says, "Where are yall going."

Speaking to Stormyrain, Puptilian says, "Oh I fully get it and I accept it but still saying my piece. Will most likely be quiet rest of the night."

Speaking to Chamorr, Leafiara says, "I would've left him in the fighting pits, but this is what everyone wanted to do."

Cryheart asks, "We leaving soon?"

Speaking to Pukk, Delyorik says, "I'll be in Mule, watching for death signs."

Speaking to Puptilian, Stormyrain says, "I never mind your thoughts."

Speaking to Puptilian, Stormyrain says, "Feel free to speak out as you see fit."

Speaking to Pukk, Ulryka asks, "Harold? I thought you were Pukk. If you're Harold, where is Pukk?"

Speaking to Ulryka, Pukk says, "I'm both."

Lylia whispers something to Xorus.

Speaking to Stormyrain, Puptilian says, "Tonight I doubt there will be enough time for me to say all I want."

Archious whispers something to Sunwu.

Speaking to Pukk, Ulryka says, "That has to be really stressful."

Pukk recites:

"Everybody join Cryheart now! Last call!"

Speaking to Missoni, Meliyara says, "Good luck with the ritual."

Speaking softly to Ramael, Kayani says, "We'll return lovely."

Speaking to Alosaka, Ulryka asks, "Nevermind your damn friends, what about me?"

Ramael softly says, "Stay safe."

Cryheart says, "She has a warm heart and soul."

Speaking amusedly to Blades, Sunwu says, "Think she's gonna find a few of us soon."

Ramael softly says, "You stay safe."

Blades says, "I find it acceptable you're still breathing."

Blades nods at Lylia.

Speaking in Sylvankind to Stormyrain, Vaemyr says something you don't understand.

Speaking to Pietra, Pukk says, "Join Cryheart."

Speaking to Kayani, Meliyara says, "You will seek me out in the coming days."

Lylia says, "Oh. Oh, well, then."

Blades says, "Drink up."

(OOC) Cryheart's player whispers to the group, "I will follow the lich path..so dont move or do something to leave the group once we get going."

Cryheart asks, "Anyone hear something from Stone head yet?"

Chamorr heartily says, "I have a question."

Speaking to Cryheart, Kayse says, "Stone backed off."

Leafiara says, "Saw a crimson flash in the distance, but in theory we don't need him tonight."

Cryheart says, "Ahhh."

Xorus asks, "... and the idea here is, what? Plunge around in the chaos of Thrayzar's head?"

Speaking to Guarrin, Pukk says, "So, I heard you took control of the Gryphons. You beat everybody else to a bloody pulp and declared yourself king of the Gryphons."

Cryheart says, "He is lurking somewhere then."

Speaking vaguely to Xorus, Leafiara says, "Something like that, apparently."

Speaking to Pukk, Pietra says, "That is not..."

Xorus asks, "... something like that?"

Puptilian asks, "Which mind? The orc or the human one?"

Leafiara tentatively asks, "So, uh... where is Akenna, anyway?"

Speaking to Leafiara, Guarrin says, "Good question."

Speaking heartily to Pukk, Chamorr says, "Sounds bout right."

Ulryka says, "Asleep, it seems."

Faerinn says, "That's up to Thrayzar which mind."

Vaemyr says, "She's going to try to be here, she is... not feeling well."

Cryheart says, "Aye, she seems asleep."

Speaking to Puptilian, Pukk exclaims, "That orc has a name. And we don't tease Chandrellia about it!"

Speaking to Pukk, Puptilian asks, "When do you ever not tease someone?"

Speaking to Puptilian, Pietra says, "That is a fine question indeed."

Speaking to Puptilian, Pukk says, "Okay, if you are going to use logic on me, then I'm not playing with you anymore."

Speaking heartily to Pukk, Chamorr says, "There was that one time."

Speaking concernedly to Kayse, Leafiara asks, "And let me guess, still no response from Rodnay?"

Speaking to Pukk, Puptilian asks, "THAT is all it took?"

Speaking to Puptilian, Pukk says, "Oh yeah..you would like that."

Speaking to Leafiara, Pietra asks, "What?"

Speaking offhandedly to Pietra, Leafiara says, "She said a month ago when we were first thinking about this that she'd tried to reach him."

Speaking firmly to Leafiara, Kayse says, "I am trying my best."

Speaking to Leafiara, Pietra says, "No, the other part."

Speaking curiously to Pietra, Leafiara asks, "What other part?"

Speaking to Leafiara, Pietra asks, "Something about Amos?"

Speaking confusedly to Pietra, Leafiara says, "Huh? I didn't say anything about Amos, I was talking about Rodnay."

Speaking to Leafiara, Pietra says, "I thought I heard his name. I'm still quite tired."

Xorus says, "Rodnay declined to help the last time he was asked to probe around a mind."

Xorus says, "When, as you recall, I did it instead."

Speaking to Xorus, Kayse says, "I have been reaching out to him. I am doing my best."

Speaking to Leafiara, Pukk says, "Pietra is still recovering from Thadston. It was love at first sight."

Speaking to Pukk, Pietra says, "No. No it was not. Ever."

[General] Aravas asks, "Get Under The Sail?"

(OOC) Guarrin's player whispers to the group, "Akenna on her way though."

(OOC) Leafiara's player whispers to the group, "Ah, excellent."

Speaking to Ulryka, Darcena says, "We can always use more defenders in the area."

Speaking to Pietra, Pukk says, "It's okay. I can pretend to be Thadston and you can be Leafiara and we can chase each other around the baths."

Gutstorm drunkenly slurs, "Did we botomize? Trayzor brain yet?"

Speaking to Darcena, Ulryka says, "From what I hear, I suspect my role is to not be another casualty... for now."

Speaking wryly to Gutstorm, Leafiara says, "No, you're on time."

(OOC) Chandrellia's player whispers to the group, "Oh good! at least this is one I can tie Akenna down and give her her gift from months ago."

Speaking to Lylia, Dergoatean says, "Well now there's a pleasant sight."

Speaking to Pukk, Pietra says, "Uhm. No."

Speaking in Dhe'narsi to Sunwu, Archious says something you don't understand.

Speaking to Pietra, Pukk asks, "You want to be Thadston and I be Leafi then?"

Chandrellia asks, "Will Fahlo be joining us this night?"

Speaking to Puptilian, Dergoatean exclaims, "And one more mayor still!"

Speaking in Giantman to Darcena, Ulryka says something you don't understand.

Blades says, "I hope orc minds are less boring than this."

Ramael softly says, "Mommy what are you guys doing."

Speaking to Akenna, Chandrellia says, "I have something for you."

Speaking to Akenna, Dergoatean says, "I hear you've been scheming."

Speaking to Blades, Faerinn corrects, "Thrayzar minds."

Ramael softly says, "Leafi whats going on."

Nordred says, "Ah ha."

Speaking to Ramael, Sunwu says, "Some kinda trouble 'spected soon."

Blades asks, "What you think orcs think about?"

Speaking drunkenly to Blades, Gutstorm slurs, "Girl orcsh, DUH."

Ramael softly asks, "Nord wolfy?"

A wagon escorted by uniformed knights, each wearing black bracers enameled with a ruby circle and a silver gryphon, can be seen moving towards the Slope and a Circle of Stones in the distance.

Olgretien deeply says, "If his memories come to life..."

Speaking to Akenna, Chandrellia says, "This is from all of us to you for the hard work you have put into helping us with this issue."

Speaking softly to Ramael, Kayani says, "Im going to want you to stay somewhere safe."

Speaking to Pukk, Pietra says, "I'm glad we don't have to in your head, love. That would be... odd."

Chandrellia offers Akenna a fauna-printed pewter silk box.

Nordred says, "Good time to try and rob everyone actually.."

Speaking in Faendryl, Lylia murmurs something you don't understand.

Speaking to Stormyrain, Puptilian asks, "A drink now or after?"

Blades asks, "Girl orcs? how do you tell em apart?"

(OOC) Cryheart's player whispers to the group, "I think the setting is right, shall we head to the Circle of Stone."

Speaking to Puptilian, Stormyrain says, "After."

Cryheart says, "Off we go."

Stormyrain says, "Several."

Vaemyr says, "I guess we should get going."

Leafiara amiably says, "And there they go."

Nordred says, "Outta wolves tonight."

Ramael softly says, "Ill stay here."

Speaking to Chandrellia, Akenna says, "Oh, thank you."

Cryheart says, "Moving out."

Akenna lifts the lid of her pewter silk box.

Blades exclaims, "Frank!"

Tarine determinedly exclaims, "Ready for all! Night! Long!"

Akenna lifts the tissue paper inside her pewter silk box and peeks inside.

Speaking drunkenly to Blades, Gutstorm slurs, "Dey da onesh wit da gazoombash."

[traveling]

Speaking to Chandrellia, Akenna exclaims, "Oh, these are beautiful!"

[The Slope, Circle of Stones]

The massive stones completely encircle you. The fit of each lintel is exact, and a twin of the others. Underneath one arch, the brook burbles down into a pool in the center of the circle, filling a small depression, and then moving on through the other side. The quietness and tranquillity of this place is lulling, and seems to provide a haven for rest and healing. You also see a covered wagon, a red twelve-pointed star smeared in fresh blood along several of the stones and obvious signs of someone hiding.

Gutstorm drunkenly slurs, "Cryheart, ye know where we gin cuz um....shumtimes me wunner boutcha."

Speaking to Akenna, Chandrellia says, "Been trying to get those to you since Thrakmas."

Stormyrain slowly asks, "Are..there normally stars drawn in blood in the area?"

Speaking to Cryheart, Pietra says, "Well done, Cry."

Pukk says, "Cryheart oiled up his armor."

Speaking to Stormyrain, Puptilian asks, "Did you think this would go any other way?"

Speaking to Leafiara, Vaemyr asks, "Is that star usually there, in fresh blood?"

Goldstr says, "Wagon wid Thrayzar should be here shortly."

Faerinn says, "It's fresh so no."

Speaking curiously to Vaemyr, Leafiara asks, "...shouldn't you be asking Akenna and Missoni that?"

Faerinn says, "Stone is redecorating."

Speaking to Vaemyr, Leafiara adds, "But no."

Puptilian says, "For something this big I assume he has been building up to it. The question is how."

Speaking to Ysharra, Darcena says, "Ah, Ysharra."

Speaking to Leafiara, Vaemyr says, "It was mostly rhetorical."

Speaking suddenly to Vaemyr, Leafiara says, "Oh."

Pukk recites:

"Everybody smooch Ysharra"

Speaking drunkenly to Lylia, Gutstorm slurs, "Shend shum dem smoochiesh dish way."

Speaking to Blades, Ysharra asks, "You don't listen to Pukk, do you?"

Blades says, "You're not my type."

Speaking to Blades, Ysharra says, "Yes, I'm entirely too stable."

Gutstorm drunkenly slurs, "Me never takin a baf agin."

Blades says, "Exactly."

Speaking to Pukk, Pietra says, "So we have a chance."

[General] Leafiara thinks, "For anyone looking for the... Thrayzar situation tonight... we're assembled at the Circle of Stones now, at the Slope up past the Old Mine Road."

Without warning, a shaggy silver and white puppy with mismatched blue and brown eyes starts to enthusiastically lick a red twelve-pointed star smeared in fresh blood along several of the stones. Apparently losing interest, she stops a few moments later, leaving the star with a sheen of slimy drool.

Speaking to Pietra, Pukk asks, "A chance for what?"

Ysharra says, "And quite happy as such."

Speaking to Leafiara, Vaemyr says, "Surprise surprise there's magic in that blood."

Speaking to Gutstorm, Pietra asks, "You alright?"

Speaking drunkenly to Pietra, Gutstorm slurs, "Yah, not shore wot happened."

Some of the uniformed Gryphon squires move to the back of the wagon and carefully lift the body of a red orc out, double checking the bindings around his arms and legs, before carrying him over to lower him onto the ground in the center of the Circle of Stones.

Speaking to Gutstorm, Pietra says, "I think you just had a wish granted."

>l orc

The orc's eyes are wild, darting about as it sniffs occassionally at the air. From time to time the orc snarls, fighting against the alloy bindings wrapped securely around his arms and legs.

Commence the Ritual

The orc's eyes dart about wildly, his yellowed teeth almost frothing as he snarls.

Cryheart asks, "Thrayzar?"

Speaking to a wild-eyed red orc, Ycelacie says, "Do not be afraid."

Chamorr heartily says, "He looks fine to me."

Blades says, "Think somethin crazy."

Cryheart asks, "Thrayzar?"

Speaking to Chamorr, Pukk says, "Bear, you are the closest thing we have to a orc. You can try to speak to him."

Speaking to a wild-eyed red orc, Faerinn greets, "Thrayzar."

Cryheart asks, "Can ye hear me?"

Speaking to Cryheart, Vaemyr says, "His body... at least."

Evia says, "Lets not wake him with excess jibber jabber."

Speaking in Elven to a wild-eyed red orc, Ycelacie says something you don't understand.

Speaking to a wild-eyed red orc, Ysharra says, "It's good to see you again, old friend and ally."

Speaking to Evia, Dergoatean says, "Yes, only appropriate levels of jibber jabber."

Leafiara curiously asks, "I'm guessing the squires will guard out here while we delve in?"

Cryheart asks, "Thrayzar, do ye recognize us?"

Speaking to Ycelacie, Chandrellia asks, "Do you speak orc?"

Speaking drunkenly to a wild-eyed red orc, Gutstorm whispers aloud, "Dey dunna shcamble yer brain like an egg."

The wild red orc snarls, gnashing his teeth and squirming against his bindings.

Speaking to a wild-eyed red orc, Faerinn says, "You look well since we retrieved you from Jantalar."

Pietra asks, "Oh, is it carnival time?"

Cryheart says, "Thrayzar, my friend, we are going to help ye."

Speaking in Elven, Ycelacie confusedly asks something you don't understand.

Speaking to Archious, Sunwu asks, "Lord?"

Speaking to Ycelacie, Chandrellia says, "He isnt just some orc."

Speaking to a wild-eyed red orc, Ysharra says, "It's all right. It's just the crowd as you remember. We're here to see if we can help."

The orc snorts loudly, snarling and frothing at the mouth.

Gutstorm drunkenly slurs, "Heddo teacher."

Speaking quietly to Chandrellia, Ycelacie whispers aloud, "Is he a special orc?"

Cryheart says, "Thrayzar, ye once asked me to kill ye, but I refrained...remember."

Xorus asks, "Well, first of all. Did one of you paint these blood stars?"

Speaking to Raelee, Akenna asks, "Could you magically bind him, please?"

Speaking to Ycelacie, Chandrellia says, "You could say that, yes."

Xorus taps a red twelve-pointed star smeared in fresh blood along several of the stones.

Speaking to Ycelacie, Puptilian says, "He is a cursed man."

Speaking to Gutstorm, Melikor says, "Good evening."

Stormyrain says, "I did not."

Speaking to Ycelacie, Leafiara explains, "He was a human man once and was turned into an orc."

Ycelacie whispers something to Chandrellia.

Speaking to Akenna, Raelee says, "I can."

Speaking to Missoni, Stormyrain asks, "Did you?"

Speaking to Raelee, Akenna says, "Thank you."

Missoni looks over at Stormyrain and shakes her head.

Speaking softly to a wild-eyed red orc, Ysharra says, "I know you're scared. But the Gryphons speak truly. They've been taking care of you."

Missoni traces the lines of her star tattoo.

Speaking to Xorus, Vaemyr says, "I'm sure you can guess who painted them."

Speaking to Stormyrain, Perigourd says, "It was here earlier when we inspected the stones."

Missoni says, "Too many points, for me."

Missoni glances at a red twelve-pointed star smeared in fresh blood along several of the stones.

Archious says, "..Turned into? I should have followed events more closely."

Speaking to Xorus, Guarrin says, "They were not here earlier, either."

Xorus says, "I do not need to guess. They are Ithzir symbols."

Cryheart says, "Aye, ye hae been staying at the Holding."

Speaking to Xorus, Alosaka says, "It wasn't the squires, certainly."

Pietra whispers something to Wolfloner.

Akenna removes a glass vial filled with an inky solution from in her leather kit.

Speaking to Akenna, Raelee asks, "Have you any preference on method?"

Akenna put a glass vial filled with an inky solution in her leather kit.

Speaking to Raelee, Akenna says, "Non-lethal, keep him alert."

Puptilian says, "The orc was once human, cursed to be an orc by a witch. That same witch recently has double down on the curse trying to turn him into a full orc. About as fast of a history as I can give with no time to explain it all."

Speaking to Gutstorm, Regwen says, "I need to be shart for this."

Olgretien deeply asks, "What woud ya say his worst memries are? I suspekt we'll be findin out?"

Speaking heartily to Leafiara, Chamorr asks, "This a blood ritual?"

Speaking to Regwen, Dergoatean asks, "To be what now?"

Chandrellia asks, "We need to be as gentle as we can, if we upset him and make him anymore angry or scared it will be all the more harder yes?"

Speaking drunkenly to Regwen, Gutstorm slurs, "Hehe...."

Speaking quietly to a wild-eyed red orc, Ysharra says, "The Gryphons and the Landing Militia are here to do what they can for you. It's time to wake up, now."

Speaking to Chamorr, Leafiara admits, "Only Akenna and Missoni know. It's their ritual."

Speaking to Puptilian, Pukk says, "You need to work on your storytelling."

Speaking gently to a wild-eyed red orc, Stormyrain greets, "Thrazyar, merry eve."

The red orc snarls, tensing up, flexing its arm muscles and fighting against the bindings.

Speaking to Evia, Wolfloner says, "Been awhile."

Speaking to Chamorr, Vaemyr says, "Seeming that uhhh, Grishom might be "forcing" his help on us a bit."

Speaking to Pukk, Puptilian says, "Oh if I have the time it can go on for hours. We do not have that time tonight."

Xorus says, "Thrayzar is drowning under the orc mind. He is likely still there, below it."

Cryheart says, "Relax old friend."

Lylia dully repeats, "He has already been paid. That. Was. The. Point."

Speaking to Pukk, Ycelacie says, "I think it was fine, the story telling."

Speaking to Puptilian, Pukk asks, "Go on for hours? You must be related to Hapenlok right?"

(Raelee gives the orc a long, thoughtful look before slowly waving a hand at him in a rising gesture. The ground beneath him rumbles and several stalagtites slowly grow upwards, before curling inwards to grasp the struggling orc.)

Speaking gently to a wild-eyed red orc, Stormyrain says, "I know, it's loud here and there are so many smells you do not recognize. It is overwhelming."

Speaking to Ycelacie, Pukk says, "I just like teasing him."

Missoni nods gratefully at Raelee.

Speaking to Akenna, Raelee says, "... I learned that from Dennet Kestrel."

Ysharra says, "I still wonder if there's not something to Stone's nature that abhors a debt."

Speaking to Stormyrain, Darcena says, "It is too bad Shinann is not here."

Blades says, "I smell bloody fantastic, thank you."

Ysharra says, "That he can't abide having one, without risking his other bargains."

Speaking to a wild-eyed red orc, Dergoatean says, "Arl'll dar arur barlgl, arld frogarlnd. Og harparl ogt'll barl arlnarugh."

Speaking amusedly to Raelee, Missoni says, "An impressive name."

Faerinn says, "If anything we should be annoyed that Stone has dragged his feet for so long to execute his side of the contract."

Speaking dryly to Raelee, Kayse says, "And he turned out to be such a lovely person."

(Akenna begins to draw a circle of sigils around the orc. Taking her time to make sure each is perfect before moving on to the next. After she is satisfied, she begins her second ring.)

Faerinn says, "Two whole years."

Speaking to Raelee, Ysharra says, "You worked well with him."

Speaking to Kayse, Raelee says, "Earth magic is earth magic."

Speaking to Leafiara, Dergoatean asks, "...you mean you didn't study orcish just for tonight?"

Cryheart says, "Relax Thrayzar."

Speaking to Kayse, Raelee says, "... fire would have been a poor choice."

Guarrin whispers something to Raelee.

Speaking simply to Dergoatean, Leafiara agrees, "Nope."

Speaking to Ysharra, Raelee says, "Eventually."

(Stormyrain walks towards Thrayzar and kneels down just outside the chain's reach holding the neckerchief out towards him.)

Speaking to a wild-eyed red orc, Ysharra repeats, "It's time to wake up, now."

Stormyrain kneels down.

Speaking to Dergoatean, Perigourd says, "One hopes our best will be enough."

Speaking to a wild-eyed red orc, Regwen says, "Listen to this peaceful music it will help to relax ye."

Speaking wryly to Raelee, Kayse says, "Not trusting him would have been the best choice."

Speaking to a wild-eyed red orc, Stormyrain says, "Remember who you are, Thrayzar. And who we are."

The orc watches Akenna with sharp eyes, a glimmer of recognition still among the brown marble of his eyes.

Cryheart says, "That is it, tis Akenna."

Guarrin whispers something to Alosaka.

Cryheart says, "Remember us, Thrayzar."

Cryheart says, "We are here to help ye."

Blades says, "Some of us."

Speaking to a wild-eyed red orc, Goldstr asks, "Remember ye was our Marshal?"

Zaaldine says, "Different ways of helping."

(Akenna continues to draw out her second circle with her chalk, she glances up briefly at the orc before continuing on to completion.)

Speaking to Cryheart, Ysharra says, "Go on. I think he hears you."

Faerinn says, "Maybe don't remind him of his job that no longer exists....."

Speaking to Raelee, Akenna says, "Could you check my sigils? I want to make sure it is just right."

Speaking to a wild-eyed red orc, Dergoatean says, "Alsar rarltrarltrbarlr grat Cryheart ogs a sogss."

Cryheart says, "Open your mind, and listen Thrayzar."

Alosaka asks, "Did... Grishom know that we were going to use this location?"

Speaking to Faerinn, Chandrellia asks, "Seriously?"

Speaking to Missoni, Akenna says, "When you're ready."

Speaking to a wild-eyed red orc, Guarrin says, "Focus on Stormy."

Speaking to Alosaka, Vaemyr says, "He did."

Speaking to Alosaka, Lylia says, "I suspect he has an inkling."

Speaking to Alosaka, Kayse says, "You don't have to tell Stone anything."

Speaking to Alosaka, Guarrin says, "Most likely, yes."

Ycelacie hopefully says, "Maybe he can get a new job, as shaman or something."

Leafiara says, "He was listening in on last night's conversation."

The orc's eyes begin to droop slightly.

Speaking to Pukk, Pietra says, "This carnival is boring."

Leafiara says, "And had his... advice or warnings to give, or whatever those were."

Cryheart says, "Relax my friend."

Speaking to Akenna, Raelee says, "Be mindful of not only their form, but their orientation."

Speaking to Pukk, Pietra says, "There's just Thrayzar the orc and a lot of talking and stuff."

Speaking to Pietra, Pukk says, "Give it time. It's quiet."

Desorceri says, "Scent can be a great tool for memory recall."

Speaking to Akenna, Raelee says, "Precision lends itself to more stablity."

Guarrin whispers something to Stormyrain.

Speaking to Pukk, Pietra says, "I've got cake, I'm good."

Speaking to Leafiara, Vaemyr says, "We'll need to find him inside."

(Stormyrain shakes the neckerchief a bit and with a flick of her hand guides the air currents towards the orc.)

Regwen sings softly:

"Orc relax and in listen to the soft music"

A white wolf asks, "Donuts?"

Speaking to Pietra, Chandrellia says, "The cake is a lie."

Speaking to Raelee, Akenna asks, "I've spaced them properly, and made sure they are... do you think I should change any?"

Akenna cocks her head at Raelee.

The orc's muscles tighten briefly against his bindings, then become relaxed.

Cryheart says, "Thrayzar remember who ye were a long time ago."

Chamorr heartily says, "Maybe if we feed him a haflin, he'll calm down."

Akenna removes a glass vial filled with an inky solution from in her leather kit.

Blades says, "Good plan."

Speaking to Stormyrain, Drazaa says, "Mayhaps you can reach him. Certainly, he must remember somewhere deep down."

A white wolf says, "That'll only half fill him."

Speaking to a wild-eyed red orc, Stormyrain murmurs, "I know you're still in there, Thrayzar. Our militia needs you. We need you. We're here to aid. We can try to help you, but we want your permission to do so."

Speaking to a wild-eyed red orc, Akenna says, "I'm... sorry for this... but this is to help--"

Cryheart says, "That is it, relax more Thrayzar."

A wisp of ethereal light curls up from the orc's body. It dissipates.

Regwen sings softly:

"Listen to the soothing music and give into the those who would help ye"

Missoni shifts her weight.

(Akenna coats her dagger with her glass vial.)

(Stormyrain inches forward slightly, crossing just over where the chain's length would reach on the orc's side.)

(Akenna quickly nicks the red orc's arm with her dagger coated in the inky solution.)

Cryheart says, "Thrayzar listen."

Alosaka says, "Guarrin played his bagpipes for him every evening, but it never seemed to soothe him."

Akenna nods at Missoni.

The wild orc howls!

(Missoni steps a few paces outward from the second circle and begins to draw the outer, and final, protective circle. Her translucent chalk scratches and whispers along the ground as she keeps a precise distance from the boundary laid out by Akenna.)

(Stormyrain stills for a moment, and watches the orc.)

A white wolf exclaims, "Not bag pipes! those are torture!"

Speaking to a wild-eyed red orc, Akenna apologizes, "I'm sorry."

Stormyrain glances over her shoulder at Akenna.

Missoni requests, "Once I close the circle, please do not disturb the markings."

Speaking to Alosaka, Guarrin says, "I read the Code to him."

Ycelacie suggestively says, "Maybe we should offer him a drink, to loosen up."

Cryheart says, "Ye were a human a long time ago, Thrayzar."

(OOC) Gutstorm's player whispers to the group, "Correct, have three."

Akenna put a glass vial filled with an inky solution in her leather kit.

Speaking to Alosaka, Darcena says, "And he did enjoy listening to that."

Akenna put a thin-bladed mithril dagger in her leather kit.

Akenna just closed a sleek leather kit.

(Missoni draws a rune at each of the four cardinal points of the final circle, remaining inside of its bounds.)

Speaking to Guarrin, Ysharra says, "Of course he enjoyed it."

Blood from the orc's arm bubbles out of his skin and drips down his arm, dropping to the ground.

Cryheart says, "Remember."

Missoni tilts her head down.

Speaking drolly to Guarrin, Darcena says, "I may have enjoyed it a little less."

Missoni nods approvingly.

Speaking to a wild-eyed red orc, Evia says, "We hope to help you, because we hold for you great respect and great affection. We want for your health to be strong, your heart to be content, and your thoughts to be calm. We miss being with you."

Akenna takes a few graceful steps backward.

Cryheart says, "A witch placed a curse on you."

Yardie's group just arrived.

(Missoni taps the tip of her staff on the ground. Inky essence essence flows from the tips of her fingers and down the staff and sink into the runes, which briefly flash incarnadine.)

Regwen sings softly:

"Relax and consentrate on your old self

think now of nothing else."

Pukk exclaims, "Watch out! Yardie's here!"

Yurisunal says, "I dont figure them bindings doing that orc a lot of good. just makes it angrier. Might be so to let it comes to its senses cut it loose."

The tiny globule of blood begins to move, inching along the ground like an incarnadine slug. The blood squirms and shifts, flowing towards one of the stones in the circle and seeps into the ground. The twelve-pointed blood symbol on the stone flashes with a bright red light, then fades.

Illumiada recites:

"Its now a

Yardie Party"

Yurisunal says, "That cant be good."

The orc's eyes glaze over.

Earthdiver says, "Is that supposed to happen."

Dergoatean asks, "Was that good? Was that bad?"

Speaking to Leafiara, Pietra asks, "Hey Leafi, did we ever actually ASK Thrayzar if he wanted to be human again, or is this what we're doing tonight?"

Veramilion says, "There goes the blood magic."

Missoni put some waxy translucent chalk in her alligator skin case.

Cryheart says, "Hopefully, that is removing the curse."

Speaking to Pietra, Leafiara says, "That's what we're doing tonight. ...theoretically."

Akenna draws her orase staff from her runestaff sling, tracing an arc of fire and smoke in its wake.

The orc's breathing weakens and his body goes limp.

Zaaldine says, "Evil blood does evil things. never did trust em."

Speaking to Leafiara, Pietra exclaims, "Thanks!"

Speaking to Pietra, Guarrin says, "Indeed that is the intent."

Ysharra says, "It's blood magic, offhand, I'd say it's a little of both."

Speaking calmly to a wild-eyed red orc, Chandrellia says, "I wish I had a spell to aid in allowing your mind and body to relax more easily." Pietra grins at Guarrin.

Yardie says, "Let us....see what is happening. Perhaps celebrate later. This does not bode well."

Ysharra asks, "Did you all bring some larkspur, I hope?"

Ycelacie quietly asks, "Is it dead?"

Cryheart says, "Focus now on who ye used to be, Thrayzar."

A second curl of ethereal light seeps up from the orc's body. Then a third, then a fourth.

(Akenna taps her staff against the first circle, chanting softly, the sigils within it begin to glow.)

Faerinn says, "I actually do have some on me."

Speaking to Ysharra, Puptilian says, "Blood magic is like any other magic. Its the intent and use of the caster that determines if its good or bad."

Yurisunal says, "Tie it up like that and poke and prod it....it hard to relax."

Akenna nods at Stormyrain.

Pietra says, "I'm still tired, and my brain is a little scrambled."

(Stormyrain moves closer to Thrayzar, the neckerchief still outstretched towards him.)

Cryheart says, "He is bound."

Missoni gazes with interest at Stormyrain.

Speaking to Pietra, Pukk says, "I will miss Stormy."

Ysharra says, "It might come in handy, depending on what's left of the curse afterward."

Yurisunal says, "He needs a good strong drink."

Speaking to Ysharra, Yardie asks, "Why larkspur?"

(Akenna taps the second circle with her staff, causing the sigils within it to glow brightly as she chants.)

Speaking to Pukk, Pietra asks, "Awww.... wait, why?"

Cryheart says, "Relax more, Thrayzar."

Speaking to a wild-eyed red orc, Stormyrain inquires, "Thrayzar, can you hear us? Can you hear me? It's Stormy?"

Faerinn says, "Stilll fresh."

Akenna stows her orase staff in her runestaff sling with a flash of flame and burst of smoke.

Illumiada whispers something to Tibs.

One by one, like tiny glowing worms, ribbons of ethereal energy seep up and out of the orc's body like the smoky remnants of a dying fire.

Illumiada says, "Goodness."

Speaking heartily to Pietra, Chamorr says, "He was given the choice to be human once, and decieded to stay an orc."

Ysharra says, "It looks like a bard's loresinging."

Pietra says, "Are you destroying him or ..."

Yurisunal says, "Wormridden..a good drink will kill them worms too."

Ysharra says, "When the visions start."

Akenna says, "We're opening a way."

Speaking to Yardie, Illumiada mouths, "Perhaps I was too hasty; this doesn't seem to be a party at all."

The ethereal streamers twist and churn, weaving in and around each other, faster and faster until it creates a cloud of ethereal fog that stretches out through the center of the Circle of Stones.

Goldstr says, "Dat be good I hope."

Cryheart says, "Focus, Thrayzar."

Cryheart says, "Remember who you used to be."

Speaking drunkenly to Meril, Gutstorm slurs, "Fink dey change him from orc to rolton dish go."

Yardie says, "Let's do what we can to ensure that we're safe when it is all over."

Speaking heartily to Pietra, Chamorr says, "Of course after that we murdered his orc clan."

(Missoni maintains her position in the outer circle. Tendrils of essence pulse from her fingers rhythmically to maintain the soft glow in the circle, though her gaze is fixed on the orc.)

Speaking to a wild-eyed red orc, Stormyrain inquires, "We're here to help Thrayzar, but we need to know you will allow us to bypass this curse and speak with you mind to mind--will you allow that?"

Speaking calmly to a wild-eyed red orc, Chandrellia says, "Listen to your friend, hear their voices, remember them."

Speaking to Chamorr, Puptilian says, "Actually before."

Missoni glances at a cloud of ethereal fog.

Gutstorm wanders into the thick cloud of ethereal fog, disappearing.

Cryheart says, "Listen to Stormyrain, Thrayzar."

Speaking heartily to Puptilian, Chamorr asks, "Before?"

Perigourd wanders into the thick cloud of ethereal fog, disappearing.

(Akenna stands between the first and second ring of runes chanting softly, the sigils pulse beneath her feet.)

Zaaldine says, "He's killed before. be it his will or somebody elses control. maybe we should release this weak puppet to lorminstra."

[Leafi casts Locate Person at Gutstorm]

[Barret's Gorge, Fourth District]

Golvern-armored knights march through the area, their plate aglow from the moon's light. The slated rooftops of homes form clusters throughout the sprawl.

Pukk says, "Listen to Cryheart."

(OOC) Evia's player whispers to the group, "Wouldn't the Vulcan mind meld be quicker?"

[Missoni follows suit]

Leafiara dubiously says, "So, uh, I think Gutstorm might have already gone inside."

Speaking to a wild-eyed red orc, Stormyrain murmurs, "Shinann sends her regards, she is sorry she could not be here, but she looks forward to tea with you when she returns. The barracks have been rebuilt, wait until you see what we have done with the place."

Missoni says, "So did Perigourd."

Leafiara glances at a cloud of ethereal fog.

Speaking to Agathilea, Yardie says, "No offense."

Speaking to Yardie, Missoni says, "Not when it comes to suspicious fog."

Speaking to Faerinn, Yurisunal says, "Well that a pretty empty place so at least he has room."

(Stormyrain moves even closer to Thrayzar, reaching her hand out slowly.)

Pukk asks, "So, Gutstorm went in and I didn't?"

Raelee levels her gaze at Akenna, staring intently at her without blinking her eyes.

Alosaka says, "They seem to be in a gorge of some sort."

Missoni turns to face Stormyrain.

Speaking to Pukk, Pietra says, "Just wait."

Faerinn says, "The rats will nest soon."

Stormyrain reaches out and touches a wild-eyed red orc.

Speaking to Guarrin, Darcena whispers aloud, "I want to do it."

Alosaka says, "Near... what I can only assume is the Demonwall."

The fog swirls, beckoning.

Lylia wanders into the thick cloud of ethereal fog, disappearing.

Ycelacie says, "Oh I like the sound of that."

Cryheart says, "Focus Thrayzar, on who ye were."

Pietra says, "It's only logical to wait until people die."

Speaking to Alosaka, Leafiara says, "A memory construct of it, in any case."

Speaking to Darcena, Guarrin says, "Let us see if Stormy can reach them."

Drektor wanders into the thick cloud of ethereal fog, disappearing.

Dergoatean says, "Looks ... compelling."

Pietra says, "Or if they do."

Ycelacie repeats, "Demonwall."

Faerinn says, "It beckons."

Speaking affably to Cryheart, Leafiara says, "Well, your lead."

Archious says, "I've always wanted to see inside the mind of another."

Missoni softly says, "I think it is time to go."

Stormyrain says, "Mayhaps this is his consent."

Cryheart wanders into the thick cloud of ethereal fog, disappearing.

Leafiara says, "I do believe we've gotten split up... both from heading in and once inside."

A young human boy goes running by as the sound of clanking metal echoes in the distance.

Cryheart says, "Ok..defend yourself, but do no harm to Thrayzar."

Cryheart asks, "Shall we move?"

Guarrin says, "Aye."

Cryheart says, "Moving."

The voice of Yardie asks, "Will you stop saying the word that starts with the letter "D" please?"

Cryheart says, "Here are the rest."

Speaking to Pietra, Pukk says, "Maybe later. Looks like tonight will be a date night."

The young human boy says, "Father...."

Leifa comments, "This place is sprawling."

Ycelacie says, "Dragon."

Speaking to Pukk, Pietra says, "I'm sure you're right."

Cryheart says, "Moving quietly and slowly."

Agathilea says, "Yardie."

Cryheart says, "Examine the room."

Speaking drunkenly to Leafiara, Gutstorm whispers aloud, "Id dat lil Trayzar?"

Speaking to Cryheart, Stormyrain says, "I would suggest joining Xorus, he has the most experience leading something like this."

Some squires appear out of thin air, their forms wispy and almost not whole.

Leafiara says, "Wait, we have the boy here."

The voice of Yardie says, "I am here, Agathilea."

Earthdiver prods a young human boy with the tip of his finger.

Earthdiver says, "Seems solid enough."

Sunwu says, "Nothin' bout this is quiet."

Cryheart says, "Hello boy."

Perivan says, "Curious."

The squires carry the bodies of two knights, beaten and broken and bloodied, their armor shredded, and limbs missing.

The young human boy says, "Father...."

Speaking to a young human boy, Ysharra asks, "Was that him, Bradwen?"

The voice of Yardie says, "Join M....Lylia...if she permits it. Imperatrix, my friend, Agathilea."

[General] Vorlash thinks, "Maybe if you poured some of the booze IN his mind..."

The boy tightens his jaw, his lower lip trembling.

Lylia says, "By all means, but I am following Xorus, who knows the way better than I."

Cryheart says, "Listen."

Cryheart says, "He seems scared."

Dergoatean says, "Looks like none of us are leading onto the wall itself right now. The stairs I remember are gone."

The boy runs off!

Leafiara surprisedly says, "Well."

Ysharra says, "Of course he is."

Leifa apologizes, "My bad."

Earthdiver says, "Ok."

Puptilian says, "Well his father was just carried past."

Drazaa says, "There he goes."

Faerinn says, "I think that was a sore subject."

The voice of Kayse grimly says, "I think he just lost his father."

Puptilian says, "A course he is upset."

Ysharra says, "His father is dead or nearly so."

Tarine says, "Ohhh."

Xorus says, "Hmm..."

[Realm] Arianiss thinks, "He's to the south."

Speaking to Ycelacie, Leifa says, "I have that effect on boys."

(OOC) Cryheart's player whispers to the group, "Long time ago."

Olgretien deeply asks, "Was that Thrayzar?"

Cryheart says, "I think so."

Speaking to Olgretien, Puptilian says, "Maybe."

Speaking to Olgretien, Perigourd says, "One of his memories, I'd think."

Dergoatean says, "Just a reminder that we walked into a Thayzarfog, there's a very good chance we're not at the same physical demonwall as many of us have seen before."

Illumiada whispers something to Tibs.

Meril asks, "Forgive me for the question if it is a simple one, but is Thrayzar our host's true name, or had he another before becoming an orc?"

Leafiara muses, "Maybe he changed names when he joined the Thorns."

The young boy appears out of thin air again, running fast and coming to a stop at the base of the stone stairs that lead to the Demonwall.

Speaking to Meril, Puptilian says, "No one knows."

Xorus says, "He may well have changed it."

Dergoatean says, "Hm, stairs."

Cryheart says, "Ok..he went to the demonwall."

The voice of Yardie mutters, "The demonwall?!"

Ysharra says, "Don't go up there, kid."

Speaking to Leafiara, Pietra says, "Young folks sometimes do that when they become adults."

Ysharra says, "You'll join your father in oblivion."

Faerinn says, "Definitely not a place for kids."

Amyill says, "Another kid to rescue..."

Lylia says, "Yes, Barret's Gorge."

Speaking to Cryheart, Perigourd says, "It seems like his father was wounded there at the least."

Thrassus says, "He had best follow him."

Leafiara says, "If it's him, he must have survived it."

Thrassus says, "Whatever we need to see may be there."

Puptilian says, "The earliest memory we have of him is he and Drangell were ordered by the Hall to hunt down the witch. That is when he got cursed. We do not know anything before that."

The voice of Yardie says, "I swear, these children find the tightest crevices to hide. Near tree spirits. Near demons. Tragic."

Puptilian says, "And to be honest, due to what he was doing it not surprise me to change his name."

Gutstorm drunkenly slurs, "Yardie make good point."

Speaking to himself, Archious says, "I see."

Perigourd says, "We should head south."

Perigourd says, "To the wall."

Leafiara elaborates, "Meaning he took on the line of work of an assassin."

The young boy can be seen by the stairs, not here.

Cryheart says, "We were south."

Earthdiver says, "I think he is by the stairs."

Cryheart says, "Did not see stairs."

Guarrin says, "Let's head over towards those stairs."

Drazaa says, "The stairs are down there."

Chamorr heartily says, "Stairs."

Perigourd says, "The wall is to the south in this memory."

Gutstorm drunkenly slurs, "Where da demon wall yooshed ta bee."

Cryheart says, "Ok..south we go."

Earthdiver says, "I do love a good staircase."

Sir Cryheart's group just went southwest.

[Barret's Gorge, Fourth District]

The legendary Citadel of Barret's Gorge rises up in the distance like a colossal stone monolith, surrounded by four rings of fortified walls and secured gates. Bystanders move about, many keeping their eyes forward and to themselves.

Desorceri says, "Could be where we help him remember himself."

Sir Cryheart's group just went southeast.

[Barret's Gorge, Fourth District]

Golvern-armored knights march through the area, their plate aglow from the moon's light. The slated rooftops of homes form clusters throughout the sprawl. You also see the skull-shaped Casinoe disk.

Sir Cryheart's group just went south.

[Barret's Gorge, Fourth District]

The landscape is filled with homes, inns, taverns, and stables. Knights and squires move through the avenue, all eyes to the south, while citizens hurry about on their daily business.

[General] Stormyrain thinks, "We are at the foot of the wall. Bradwen is here, and his dad has passed."

Sir Cryheart's group just went southeast.

[Barret's Gorge, The Sprawl]

The ground is cracked, unused, and almost completely absent of flora. There are no signs of shops or homes and bystanders avoid the area entirely. To the south, the ancient and imposing Demonwall rises up to stand as the last bastion of civilization before the bleak lands beyond. You also see the skull-shaped Casinoe disk.

Perigourd says, "Here."

Speaking to Earthdiver, Missoni says, "Someday you will have to tell me what defines a good staircase."

Cryheart says, "I see no stair."

Earthdiver says, "More stairs, the better."

Perigourd says, "Head further in."

Desorceri says, "By where the stairs would be."

Sir Cryheart's group just went southwest.

Speaking to Cryheart, Drazaa says, "Further southward."

You also see a lithe snow white arctic wolf, a forest wolf, a snow white raven that is flying around and a black semi-melanistic panther.

Speaking to Missoni, Pietra says, "Short step height, I'd guess."

Sir Cryheart's group just went south.

[Barret's Gorge, The Sprawl]

A huge flight of flat stone stairs ascends up to the top of the crumbling ramparts of the fabled Demonwall. The wall itself stretches far and wide to both the east and west, each section disappearing further than the eye can see. You also see the skull-shaped Casinoe disk, a bony roof rat, the rectangular Illumiada disk fashioned of oiled tanik, the bloodstained Xorus disk with scuffed and dented sides, the pallid grey Melikor disk emblazoned with a vibrant scarlet pentacle, the Ysharra disk, the Lylia disk, the Meril disk, the Yardie disk, the Blades disk, a ruffled raven that is flying around, a robed figure, the Nisugi disk, the Peche disk, the Vaemyr disk, a ruffled raven that is flying around, a young human boy and obvious signs of someone hiding.

[General] Gutstorm thinks, "Cryheart, fardder shouf."

The young human boy says, "He said they will come for me, to raise a new banner. There are other ways to fight wars."

Speaking to a young human boy, Ysharra asks, "Who said that?"

The boy sits down on the first step, which leads up to the highest rampart of the Demonwall.

Speaking to a young human boy, Goldstr says, "Smart lad ye be."

Cryheart says, "This is his memory."

Leifa repeats, "Sprawling, truly."

The young human boy says, "Father is dead...."

Speaking to Guarrin, Raelee remarks, "Even in someone's mind, the wall is impressive."

A man's voice from the crowd says, "I know boy."

Speaking to a young human boy, Puptilian asks, "Who told you there is another way?"

The voice of Yardie asks, "Who said that?"

Cryheart says, "His father, tis his memory."

Ysharra says, "I'm sorry you had to see that."

Pietra says, "Give the boy a moment to speak, we are in his mind, this can't be easy."

The man's voice says, "We all serve, in our way. There is no room for orphans here Bradwen."

Gutstorm drunkenly slurs, "Dish brin back memriesh of me mum."

Wolfloner quietly says, "Bradwen."

Speaking to Stormyrain, Puptilian says, "Seems we are just watching a memory and not something we can speak to or ask questions too."

Lylia quietly says, "It is a place for death. He left you something valuable. A name. Some wisdom."

Speaking to Puptilian, Dergoatean says, "He did answer me directly, with his name, once."

Thrassus says, "Ah, cast out on his own, I gather."

Cryheart says, "Could be."

Speaking to Puptilian, Pietra says, "It feels like the answer come, eventually. But it must be very confusing for him."

Speaking to Puptilian, Faerinn says, "He gave me restaurant recommendations."

Speaking to Dergoatean, Puptilian asks, "Then maybe basic questions?"

The man appears now, shrouded in haze, humanoid, but no distinguishable features. He walks up to the steps, two sheathed longswords at his side. He touches the boy's shoulder. The small tattoo of a thorn can be seen on two of his fingers.

Guarrin mutters, "He is right, but it is a burden for one so young."

Speaking to Faerinn, Dergoatean says, "Counter-recommendations."

Goldstr says, "Tis good he kin gert his memorys back."

Leafiara understandingly says, "Ah, the beginnings of a new life."

Speaking to a young human boy, Ysharra asks, "Who is this we see now?"

Thrassus asks, "A thorn?"

The voice of Ycelacie asks, "Thornbert?"

Cryheart asks, "So his name was Bradwen?"

Dergoatean says, "Bradwen."

Leafiara says, "He was a member of the Ivory Thorns. When he told us that before, he wasn't sure if he was the last remaining or if any others are still out there."

Speaking to Raelee, Thrassus asks, "Any idea what group that tattoo is a symbol of?"

Speaking drunkenly to Cryheart, Gutstorm slurs, "How many ye had sho far?"

Cryheart says, "Nothing yet."

Puptilian says, "Was about to say I think he is from the Ivory Thorn. So this is how he starts as an assassin."

Cryheart says, "But perhaps alot after this."

Speaking to Thrassus, Chandrellia says, "Leafi just exoplained it."

Speaking to Thrassus, Raelee says, "As they said."

Cryheart says, "The boy is silent."

Recollection

The image of the boy suddenly fades, giving way to the form of a human with brown-ish black hair, sitting on a step leading up to the Demonwall, clutching his knees while rocking back and forth.

Thrayzar clasps his arms around his knees and rocks back and forth.

Leafiara says, "That places this decades ago, if I recall."

Earthdiver says, "That does not look like it went well."

Cryheart says, "Hello Thrayzar."

Speaking to Thrayzar, Ysharra says, "I see the road has go ever on."

Thrayzar clasps his arms around his knees and rocks back and forth.

Puptilian says, "So that is interesting, I guess the order gave him the new name."

>l thra

You see Thrayzar.

He appears to be a Human.

He is average height. He appears to be in the prime of life. He has dark brown eyes and tanned skin. He has shoulder-length, sleek brownish-black hair. He has a narrow face and a thin nose.

He is in good shape.

He is wearing a long sleek grey leather cloak, a circular dented grey shield, a slim dark leather pack, a suit of slender black armor with a tiny ivory thorn on the right shoulder, a small halfling skin pouch, a grey leather bandolier, some frayed dark leather pants, and some spike-toed leather boots.

Xorus says, "Looking rather human, Thrayzar."

Desorceri says, "Easy."

Speaking gently to Thrayzar, Missoni says, "Hello."

Cryheart says, "In his mind he is young still I seems."

Bernadette softly says, "Gooda see ye."

Thrayzar looks up, flinching and squinting.

Speaking to Thrayzar, Faerinn greets, "Brawden."

Tarine cheerfully blurts, "Hello!"

Speaking to Thrayzar, Dergoatean asks, "Rough day?"

Stormyrain greets, "Evening."

Speaking to Thrayzar, Regwen asks, "Do ye remember yer childhood?"

Speaking to Thrayzar, Chandrellia says, "Relax, take your time, let all of this adjust for a moment."

Ycelacie confusedly asks, "Was this the orc?"

Thrayzar looks down at his hands.

Cryheart asks, "Brawden, ye ok?"

Speaking to Thrayzar, Ysharra asks, "Do you have thorn tattoos of your own, now?"

Blades says, "Should've brought food."

Earthdiver says, "Just another day on the Demonwall."

Speaking happily to Thrayzar, Ycelacie says, "You are no longer an orc."

Thrayzar gazes in wonder at his surroundings.

Speaking to Ysharra, Perigourd says, "His armor bears the crest, it seems."

Olgretien deeply says, "This Thrayzar may not know us yet."

Speaking drunkenly to Cryheart, Gutstorm whispers aloud, "Bradwen."

Thrayzar huskily asks, "Where is this?"

Evia says, "You know that feeling when you hear people talking, and they seem to be talking about you....even though you standing right in front of them..."

Speaking to Thrayzar, Perigourd says, "Your memory, perhaps."

Speaking to Perigourd, Ysharra says, "I'm just prodding a response."

Cryheart says, "A memory, Bradwen."

Goldstr whispers to the group, "This be his memories Aye? We seeing young Thrayzar. Talking to him should be useless."

Thrayzar asks, "You are in my mind?"

Speaking to Thrayzar, Guarrin says, "It is as Peri said."

Speaking to Thrayzar, Perigourd says, "So it would seem."

Leafiara says, "We believe so, at least."

Speaking flatly to Thrayzar, Ycelacie says, "You were an orc though."

Cryheart says, "It seems so."

Speaking to Thrayzar, Stormyrain says, "We are."

Faerinn says, "Yep."

Speaking to Thrayzar, Stormyrain asks, "Do you know us?"

Speaking to Thrayzar, Ycelacie asks, "Do you remember that?"

Speaking to Thrayzar, Dergoatean says, "Sorry about all this. We're trying to help, for what it's worth."

Speaking to Thrayzar, Ysharra says, "You have been lost inside them a long, long time now."

Speaking to Thrayzar, Missoni says, "You allowed us."

Thrayzar says, "I recognize some of you."

Goldstr whispers to the group, "Er Oooops!"

Leafiara says, "We've just recently seen your younger self encounter a member of the Ivory Thorns."

Speaking to Thrayzar, Ysharra says, "You've not been yourself."

Thrayzar says, "I have been sitting here...for a very long time."

Pietra whispers to the group, "Goldstr, you're fine!"

Cryheart says, "And we recognize ye."

Thrayzar says, "This is..."

Thrayzar gazes in wonder at his surroundings.

Lylia says, "I was waiting to hear that. I am sorry we took so long."

Thrayzar says, "The Gorge."

Speaking to Thrayzar, Pietra asks, "Thirsty?"

Gutstorm whispers to the group, "Yeah he is kinna cute."

Cryheart says, "Aye..one of your memories."

Thrayzar looks down at his hands.

Cryheart says, "We hae been tryint to reach ye."

Speaking to Thrayzar, Stormyrain asks, "And while you have been here, we have been guarding your physical body. Do you remember the Gryphons reading the Code to you on repeat?"

Stormyrain says, "I'm sure Guarrin read it the most."

Speaking dryly to Stormyrain, Darcena mutters, "And repeat. And repeat."

Speaking to Thrayzar, Stormyrain asks, "But maybe Cryheart too?"

Thrayzar says, "I...cannot recall many things."

Xorus asks, "Do you recall being an orc?"

Thrassus says, "Well, that's not brainwashing at all."

Speaking to Thrayzar, Kayse says, "Shinann used to come read to you too."

Speaking to Thrayzar, Puptilian asks, "What is your last memory?"

Thrayzar says, "Voices. Shouting. Isaline. Blood."

Earthdiver asks, "Is there something you had in your hands?"

Missoni says, "Sir Cryheart does not need to read, for it is memorized."

Faerinn asks, "Do you recall Jantalar?"

Speaking to Thrayzar, Ysharra says, "Of course. It all must feel very confusing."

Leafiara curiously repeats, "Isaline?"

Thrayzar says, "It's all, it's all jumbled."

Speaking to Thrayzar, Stormyrain says, "And Darcena brought you snacks, I am absolutely sure. As often as she could."

Thrayzar says, "I need to warn Walkar."

Speaking to Thrayzar, Lylia asks, "Why are we meeting you here, Thrayzar? Why is it this place?"

Speaking to Thrayzar, Ysharra says, "Like you've been asleep for a long time, I bet."

Thrayzar says, "Drangell's settiing up his siege attack soon."

Speaking to Thrayzar, Puptilian says, "Walkar is gone my friend."

Evia says, "Lords only know what they were.."

Cryheart says, "Walkar is nae here."

Leafiara slowly says, "Walkar's been dead quite a while now..."

Speaking to Thrayzar, Yardie asks, "Walker. He was....the mayor long ago, yes?"

Amyill exclaims, "Lets warn Walker!"

Raelee quietly remarks, "... not quite in the present, is he?"

Dergoatean says, "So is Drangell."

Speaking to Thrayzar, Ysharra says, "You think we might be another dream. And in a way, we are."

Cryheart says, "Drangell hs no loner here."

Speaking gently to Thrayzar, Stormyrain says, "We know that."

Thrayzar says, "Yes, he's gone. He went to track down..."

Speaking to Thrayzar, Thrassus says, "A few years late for that, I'm afraid."

Thrayzar says, "Who...in Mestanir..."

Lylia asks, "Could we give him a moment to gain his bearings?"

Earthdiver says, "Memory comes with patience."

Speaking to Raelee, Yardie mouths, "Like Malota."

Bakarus says, "A good Mayor, by all accounts."

Arianiss says, "It may not be a wise idea to try and explain to him the particulars of the situation."

Speaking to Thrayzar, Puptilian says, "No he walked his last walk. He is with the kid now beyond the gate."

Ycelacie curiously asks, "Has it occurred to anyone that he still has no body to return to?"

Thrayzar stands up.

Ycelacie says, "Except the orcs body."

Thrayzar says, "How...long have I been here..."

Dergoatean says, "Now, the bloodhound, he's still around and a very good boy."

Cryheart says, "Aye..but we are talking to his memory."

Speaking to Thrayzar, Vaemyr says, "Too long."

Thrayzar looks down at his hands, turning them over and over.

Speaking absently to Ycelacie, Leafiara says, "There's a plan for that too, but it depends what he wants."

Thrayzar asks, "I am human?"

Speaking to Thrayzar, Drazaa says, "It has been sometime."

Leifa murmurs, "Gone a little nutty."

Speaking to Ycelacie, Missoni explains, "We were here to gain permission to remove the curse from his body."

Blades says, "Unfortunately."

Earthdiver says, "Your hands have no claws now."

Lylia says, "We can try to find out."

Speaking to Thrayzar, Perigourd says, "In body, no."

Speaking to Thrayzar, Puptilian says, "It does not matter. The questions is where do you want to go from here."

Cryheart says, "Ye were."

Faerinn says, "Only in here."

Evia says, "For mercy sake must we talk about him in such ways while right in front of him, he must think we're the mad ones, not he."

Speaking to Ycelacie, Missoni says, "So if he agrees, he will have one to return to."

Thrayzar says, "The curse...."

Speaking to Thrayzar, Ysharra says, "In your mind. Back in the world, you are still an orc."

Speaking to Thrayzar, Perigourd says, "But in mind, it would seem you persist."

Cryheart says, "A witch."

Thrayzar says, "I remember."

Thrayzar says, "I want it broken."

Xorus says, "Very well."

Thrayzar says, "I want to be freed."

Yardie asks, "Broken?"

Cryheart asks, "Ye want to be human again?"

Earthdiver says, "That is what we are all here to ask you."

Speaking to Thrayzar, Ysharra asks, "You know what that might mean, yes?"

Speaking to himself, Dergoatean says, "Big, good, strong, hands..."

Speaking to Stormyrain, Vaemyr asks, "That good enough?"

Speaking to Thrayzar, Stormyrain asks, "Which stage of the curse. Do you wish to be fully human again? Or orc with a mind and memories?"

Thrayzar says, "We shattered Grishom, but Cross finished his work. He took the golem."

Thrayzar says, "I'm going to go find her."

Puptilian says, "The golem and cross are both dead."

Speaking to Thrayzar, Stormyrain says, "--keep thinking."

Thrayzar says, "I cut off Chambelli's head."

Guarrin muses, "Seems he is catching up."

Cryheart says, "Keep remembering."

Ysharra says, "I'm not sure this counts as the consent we were looking for, though."

Speaking to Agathilea, Yardie mouths, "I'm with you."

Speaking to Thrayzar, Stormyrain asks, "Then what?"

Speaking dryly to Guarrin, Darcena whispers aloud, "It might be best if he forgets all the Code reading, really."

You notice a vein pulsing in Thrayzar's forehead.

You notice a vein pulsing in Thrayzar's forehead.

Xorus says, "Thrayzar. You need to remember when the witch cursed you and Drangell."

Thrayzar says, "Her cabin..."

Xorus says, "Yes, her cabin."

Thrayzar says, "Naimorai Kestrel."

Speaking to Darcena, Guarrin says, "I am ordering extra copies be made."

Speaking to Thrayzar, Puptilian says, "The first time you saw her or yeah...the first time."

Thrayzar says, "Mynalari...."

Cryheart says, "Continue."

Speaking to Thrayzar, Evia asks, "And next what happened?"

Xorus says, "Interesting."

Leafiara whispers to the group, "...why would he remember Mynalari?"

Thrayzar says, "Do you see that...."

Puptilian asks, "Do you remember the first time coming to the Landing? The chasing of the golem?"

Cryheart asks, "See what?"

Thrayzar says, "Yes..."

Thrayzar nods at Puptilian.

Thrayzar says, "Greganth...Seomanthe..."

Thrayzar asks, "Who is singing?"

Speaking to Thrayzar, Puptilian asks, "Good, do you remember our victory over Cross and you being an intern mayor or a few months?"

Speaking to Thrayzar, Regwen says, "I was singing."

Cryheart says, "Keep going Thrayzar."

Thrayzar says, "Who is singing...."

Cryheart says, "Keep recalling."

Speaking to Thrayzar, Arianiss says, "I do not hear any singing."

Speaking to Thrayzar, Regwen says, "I'm singing."

Blades asks, "Would you like me to sing to a song?"

Cryheart asks, "What are the words ye hear?"

Sunwu whispers something to Archious.

Speaking to Thrayzar, Evia asks, "Familiar voice? Man, woman?"

Thrayzar walks towards the Demonwall just as a fissure opens up in mid-air, soaked and dripping with blood. Thrayzar disappears through it.

Speaking to Blades, Chandrellia says, "No, we are trying to keep him sane."

Cryheart says, "Ok..moving."

Vaemyr says, "Dangit."

Evia says, "Erk."

Missoni says, "Oh."

Gutstorm drunkenly slurs, "We gotta fight dunt we."

Blades says, "Sane isn't fun."

Imagine 81,450 Lines of Adventure Here

[OOC note: At this point, I skip 81,450 lines that were composed almost entirely of travel, combat, puzzle solving, and trips down memory lane.

Some highlights included Perigourd, Thrassus, and Kayse being great at solving the puzzles, some good quips from Lylia, Madelyne showing up swinging a feras falchion with over 1380 AS, plenty of people including Leafi landing killing blows on Madelyne and/or vathors, an attack of Seomanthe memory clones throwing people off, clashes with Drangell memory clones, and general fun. Kudos to Kenstrom for the titantic effort, the room painting, ambient messages of the haunting voices of Raznel, Stiletto, and Drangell, and many other things.

That said, in the interest of this log actually existing, never mind in a timely fashion, I can't comb through it all for the few bits of dialogue that might have advanced the story forward, if there were any. The gist of it is that Thrayzar was endlessly chasing after the singing he heard and the PCs were following after him, so I'm skipping ahead to when everyone finally finds the source.]

End of the Journey

[Beyond Death]

Rising from a pool of foggy water stands a huge stone pedestal which is wreathed by streamers of yellow ethereal light. The sky above is as black as the void, scattered with the twinkling of blood red stars. Floating in the air is a deep blue rune, a dark azure rune, a light cyan rune, a deep indigo rune, a smooth cerulean rune, a dark cobalt rune, and a smooth teal rune. You also see the Peche disk, the Loraek disk, the oleaginous Desorceri disk trailing slick ebon tentacles, the red Jiarine disk, the Blades disk, the pallid grey Melikor disk emblazoned with a vibrant scarlet pentacle, the Ysharra disk, the Nisugi disk, the Guarrin disk, the Asben disk, the web-draped Missoni disk, the rectangular Perigourd disk fashioned of oiled tanik, a shaggy silver and white puppy with mismatched blue and brown eyes, the Pukk disk, the Vaemyr disk, the palm frond-shaped Leafiara disk, the Nazca disk, the jet-sheened Kayani disk festooned with grave blossoms, the Yardie disk, the Meril disk, the faenor Chandrellia disk inlaid with intersecting bands of jet, the bloodstained Xorus disk with scuffed and dented sides, the Lylia disk, a sliver of shimmering air, a simple wooden door and obvious signs of someone hiding.

Thrayzar appears out of thin air.

Speaking to Kayse, Leifa explains, "I don't do puzzles."

(OOC) Cryheart's player whispers to the group, "There is an exit out here."

Kayse admits, "Deep blue might be after azure."

Xorus says, "There you are."

Thrayzar gazes in wonder at his surroundings.

Speaking to Kayse, Ysharra says, "I think that's where I was off, too."

Stormyrain says, "Mayhaps Thrayzar knows the order."

Speaking to Thrayzar, Pietra asks, "What do you know about the color blue?"

Vaemyr whispers to the group, "A deep indigo rune, deep blue rune, a dark azure rune, a dark cobalt rune, smooth teal rune, light cyan rune, a smooth cerulean rune."

Thrayzar looks down at his hands.

[General] Geijon thinks, "How did we bypasn."

Speaking to Kayse, Ysharra says, "Cobalt can be tricky, too."

Vaemyr whispers to the group, "I think might be the order."

Speaking to Thrayzar, Regwen says, "You are human."

Speaking to Thrayzar, Regwen says, "Go out."

Evia says, "Cobalt is quite dark."

Darcena says, "His dream self started human."

Thrayzar says, "The curse is not broken. I cannot leave."

Speaking drunkenly to Lylia, Gutstorm slurs, "Me took one ferda team."

Goldstr exclaims, "Bah!"

Speaking to Thrayzar, Dergoatean says, "Good big strong hands."

Thrayzar says, "I remember now."

Speaking amiably to Thrayzar, Leafiara says, "Well, yes, but we're working on it."

Lylia says, "I saw that. Very brave."

Speaking to Thrayzar, Ysharra says, "You are human, here. At least."

Speaking to Thrayzar, Missoni asks, "Do you want the curse broken?"

Thrayzar says, "When we tried this before...to help Pylasar..."

Thrayzar nods at Missoni.

Puptilian asks, "Is this the hut that the witch lived in when you first try to kill her?"

Speaking to Thrayzar, Xorus says, "Then remember the cabin."

Speaking to Thrayzar, Stormyrain says, "We did."

Thrayzar says, "The black door."

Speaking melodically to Thrayzar, Nazca asks, "Do you know anything about these runes?"

Speaking to Gutstorm, Melikor says, "How are you feeling, that looked like it hurt."

Xorus says, "Yes. Exactly."

Xorus says, "The black door."

Delyorik says, "So... I think it's time to let us go."

Thrayzar stands in front of a deep blue rune.

Thrayzar slowly empties his lungs.

Speaking to Thrayzar, Missoni says, "We wanted your permission to break it."

Speaking to Thrayzar, Lylia asks, "The runes...are they yours? Or hers, part of the curse?"

Speaking to Thrayzar, Delyorik says, "Oh, you're the one."

Thrayzar says, "They are not mine."

Delyorik says, "Sad."

Speaking humbly to Wolfloner, Yardie confesses, "Pretty surreal. Side by side with you like this?"

Thrayzar says, "Perhaps hers...or the Thorns..."

Evia says, "Who's ever these runes are deserves a beatin."

Speaking to Thrayzar, Goldstr asks, "Pylasar went to time long ago, ye wish da same?"

Vaemyr whispers to the group, "So blue first then? then indigo?"

Thrayzar reaches out to touch a dark azure rune, which alights softly with faint tendrils of essence as he does.

Speaking to Thrayzar, Puptilian asks, "Did the Thorns have magical control over you too?"

Thrayzar turns around.

Thrayzar says, "No."

Yardie whispers to the group, "Isn't indigo darker than blue? Or are you going dark to light?"

Thrayzar reaches out to touch a deep blue rune, which alights softly with faint tendrils of essence as he does.

Thrayzar turns around.

Speaking melodically to Thrayzar, Nazca asks, "Do you know what's beyond this door by any chance?"

Thrayzar reaches out to touch a light cyan rune, which alights softly with faint tendrils of essence as he does.

Vaemyr whispers to the group, "Was going by Thrayzar touching the blue."

Speaking to Thrayzar, Stormyrain says, "When you say you wish the curse broken--which form do you wish to return to? Human, or orc with a human mind? Human you will lose the memories of the years since the curse. Orc with a human mind, you will retain them."

Delyorik asks, "You can't figure out the spells?"

Thrayzar reaches out to touch a deep indigo rune, which alights softly with faint tendrils of essence as he does.

Speaking to Stormyrain, Pietra says, "An important, unanswered question."

Speaking to Blades, Pietra says, "Give her some rum."

Evia says, "New memories are really nice also."

(OOC) Vaemyr's player whispers to the group, "Oh dangit, this one is dark light next dark next light isn't it..."

Blades says, "I drank it all."

Speaking thoughtfully to Thrayzar, Stormyrain asks, "I think, anyway. Mayhaps you will not lose the memories?"

Speaking to Blades, Pietra says, "Or bourbon, whatever that is."

Speaking to Pietra, Puptilian says, "One that seems to be purposedly not answered."

(OOC) Vaemyr's player whispers to the group, "Dangit..."

Thrayzar reaches out to touch a dark cobalt rune, which alights softly with faint tendrils of essence as he does.

Raelee whispers something to Xorus.

Blades says, "I'm tryin not to think about colors."

Leafiara admits, "I don't remember the part about losing memories, but... then again, that was with the previous procedure, not whatever it is we're doing now."

Thrayzar says, "I want to be human. I want my memories too."

Xorus whispers something to Raelee.

(OOC) Ashraam's player whispers to the group, "They need to be reset in between attempts."

Zaaldine says, "Well we are all here at the runes this times. maybe that means something."

Kayse curiously asks, "Is that possible?"

(OOC) Vaemyr's player whispers to the group, "Thrayzar is doing it now."

Speaking to Thrayzar, Missoni says, "It is possible."

Speaking to Zaaldine, Pietra says, "This must be the last."

Thrayzar slowly empties his lungs.

Desorceri asks, "Indigo, cobalt, blue, teal, cerulean, azure, cyan?"

Thrayzar reaches out and touches a dark azure rune.

(OOC) Stormyrain's player whispers to the group, "I swore Grishom said lose his memories as a human, retain them as orc BUT WOOHOO on human with memories too!"

Speaking to Thrayzar, Regwen says, "You can do it."

Speaking to Thrayzar, Delyorik says, "Get my ass back to Mule. Then and only then will you prove yourself."

Speaking melodically to Thrayzar, Nazca asks, "Is there anything you can tell us about this place that we may not have experienced yet?"

(OOC) Kayse's player whispers to the group, "Yeah Stone said it was one or the other."

Leifa says, "Neither choice sounds appealing."

Speaking to Thrayzar, Puptilian asks, "Are you ok with the consequences that will come from curing you?"

Thrayzar reaches out to touch a smooth cerulean rune, which alights softly with faint tendrils of essence as he does.

Speaking drunkenly to Thrayzar, Gutstorm slurs, "If ye axin me, ye should be a dwarf."

Thrayzar asks, "What consequences?"

Speaking to Delyorik, Dergoatean says, "He has kind of a lot on his plate at the moment."

Speaking to Thrayzar, Leafiara explains, "Stone wants you cured for some reason."

Delyorik asks, "And I care?"

Speaking to Thrayzar, Puptilian says, "What ever Stone has planned after you are cured."

Speaking to Thrayzar, Ysharra says, "He wants you human."

Speaking to Delyorik, Dergoatean asks, "And where is this donkey of yours anyway?"

Speaking to Thrayzar, Vaemyr says, "Stone wants to potentially use you for something again."

Speaking to Thrayzar, Goldstr says, "We canna promise but will work fer dat Ole friend."

Thrayzar says, "Stone..."

Leafiara says, "Well, the reason is he claims that it'll lead to a preferable future for him."

Thrayzar says, "He benefits then, I am sure."

Thrayzar reaches out to touch a dark azure rune, which alights softly with faint tendrils of essence as he does.

Guarrin says, "It seems he benefits either way."

Thrayzar reaches out to touch a deep blue rune, which alights softly with faint tendrils of essence as he does.

Thrayzar reaches out to touch a light cyan rune, which alights softly with faint tendrils of essence as he does.

Thrayzar reaches out to touch a smooth teal rune, which alights softly with faint tendrils of essence as he does.

Speaking to Thrayzar, Ysharra says, "At the very least, he's seen you as human in his prescience."

Thrayzar reaches out to touch a deep indigo rune, which alights softly with faint tendrils of essence as he does.

Nazca melodically says, "Stone."

Lylia says, "He may. But that is not the question. The question is about your choices."

Thrayzar reaches out to touch a dark cobalt rune, which alights softly with faint tendrils of essence as he does.

Thrayzar slowly empties his lungs.

Thrayzar glances at a simple wooden door.

Thrayzar just went through a simple wooden door.

Xorus's group just went through a simple wooden door.

[Beyond Sacrifice]

Heavy curtains blanket the walls of the area in swathes of burgundy. The air is still and quiet, the ground below is smooth and unblemished, carved of flawless ivory. There stands a black door where a yellowed bone talisman hangs. You also see obvious signs of someone hiding.

Kayse whispers to the group, "Okay, we were never figuring that out."

Xorus says, "There."

Stormyrain says, "We can meet the challenge of Grishom together, if Thrayzar wishes his freedom from this torment. This is just one step in his path, there are thousands more."

Speaking to Thrayzar, Pietra says, "It is your choice, as the Previous Previous Mayor stated."

Speaking quietly to Xorus, Lylia says, "You have talked to me of seeing this."

Darcena murmurs, "Thousands more with snacks."

Speaking to Stormyrain, Missoni asks, "Why let the curse stand out of fear for one man?"

Delyorik asks, "Really:?"

Thrayzar glances at a black door.

Thrayzar says, "I can hear her."

Evia says, "I wonder how a person lost in Mestanir could get here? For instance Sir Geijon for example."

Delyorik says, "Rude."

Ysharra says, "The singing."

Thrayzar says, "Through there."

Speaking to Thrayzar, Puptilian asks, "Who is her?"

Speaking to Thrayzar, Vaemyr says, "Shall we then? it's your choice."

Speaking to Delyorik, Stormyrain asks, "What happened?"

Geijon appears in a flash of light, looking slightly disoriented.

Xorus says, "You remember this talisman from the cabin."

Speaking to Evia, Pietra says, "Just like that."

Thrayzar nods at Xorus.

Speaking to Stormyrain, Delyorik says, "I was moved to another place."

Nazca melodically says, "I've been hearing that singing since i came to this place."

Xorus says, "With the yellow fog."

Regwen says, "Oh its the witches door."

Speaking to Delyorik, Stormyrain says, "It's an odd place, this."

Speaking to Evia, Dergoatean says, "Perhaps come to the standing stones, then go through fog, then walk through the gorge and go through a fissure, then walk to the air, and runes, and go through that door from a second ago."

Thrayzar says, "Grishom wishes me alive? I am sure he has to gain somehow."

Speaking to Thrayzar, Leafiara agrees, "That's what he claims, at least."

The voice of Kayse agrees, "He admitted to having some use for you."

Speaking to Thrayzar, Dergoatean says, "Nonsense. Grishom never thinks of himself, only what's good for others."

Thrayzar says, "I wish to break my curse. I wish to be human again. The family I had before...Stiletto...the others...they are gone."

Speaking to Thrayzar, Stormyrain says, "He wishes you not as you are now, locked in an orc mind with no humanity to be found."

Speaking to Thrayzar, Puptilian says, "Its still your choice but wanted you to make it with all the information we have."

Delyorik says, "Someone can point me to the direction that means I don't care."

Stormyrain says, "Alive or dead was never the consideration."

Thrayzar says, "I was a man among orcs, but that time is over."

Speaking to Thrayzar, Vaemyr says, "Most likely, but you also deserve to have another chance as well."

Thrayzar says, "Thank you everyone...for coming for me."

Speaking to Thrayzar, Missoni says, "Nice to meet you."

Cryheart says, "Ye are welcome."

Speaking to Thrayzar, Puptilian says, "I am sorry I never kept my promise to you to save Stilletto."

Speaking to Thrayzar, Evia says, "We love you greatly."

Speaking to Thrayzar, Ysharra says, "It is time for you to come home."

Thrayzar touches the talisman on the door, and turns it. The door unlocks.

Speaking to Thrayzar, Zaaldine says, "Only came to keep an eye on you."

Speaking to Thrayzar, Goldstr exclaims, "We be indebted to ye ole friendf!"

Delyorik says, "Because I will kill everyone on my way out if you make me."

Thrayzar opens the black door.

Thrayzar just went through a black door.

Xorus's group just went through a black door.

Final Decisions

[Beyond Devotion]

Yellow mist swirls about the small chamber which is comprised of walls of carved stone. Countless images are etched into the rock walls, each one depicting moments in life, some even overlapping others they stretch so endlessly. Nestled in the shadows is wooden door fringed by shards of bones. A coil of glistening blood has been imbedded into the door and drifts lazily in the air like a wind-blown ribbon. You also see the red Jiarine disk and obvious signs of someone hiding.

Evia says, "Interesting."

Goldstr says, "Looks to be we has him mostly back."

The mist swirls about, images flashing along the walls.

The mist reshapes and shows the image of an elven woman with long blonde hair, laughing at an old oak table while her three children scurry about the kitchen, toying with each other and laughing while they play. Another elven man stands not far away, carving meat along a plate.

Delyorik says, "Someone needs to point the way out before I end everyone here."

Cryheart asks, "His wife?"

Thrayzar says, "No. She was never my wife."

Puptilian asks, "Who is she then?"

Cryheart asks, "A friend, sister?"

Thrayzar says, "The Thorns found me again, before we could."

Speaking drunkenly to Cryheart, Gutstorm whispers aloud, "Axe if she shingle."

Leifa says, "Awww, such a moment of pleasure."

Thrayzar says, "She has..."

Thrayzar says, "She is married now. She has children."

Puptilian says, "A former love."

Speaking melodically to Thrayzar, Nazca asks, "Whose children are those three?"

Thrayzar says, "She looks the same. Ah, the magic of elven blood."

Speaking to Thrayzar, Vaemyr says, "That's a good thing, she seems happy."

Evia says, "Almost as pretty as Lylia."

Speaking to Thrayzar, Pietra says, "This must hurt very deeply."

Speaking to Evia, Dergoatean says, "But not quite."

Thrayzar glances at a wooden door.

Lylia murmurs, "We only appear unchanged by the centuries. Appearances are not all."

The coil of blood imbued into the door thrashes about.

Speaking quietly to Lylia, Darcena says, "Some of us will not be here to detect those changes."

Speaking to Thrayzar, Pietra says, "But you can move from this and keep going."

Speaking to Lylia, Ysharra says, "Perhaps, but your appearance is still balefire-hot."

The voice of Yardie says, "We tend to age gracefully."

Speaking to Pukk, Pietra says, "Least we're not going to outlive each other."

The voice of Yardie says, "And I'm not commenting on the appearance of the Imperatrix. I value my life."

Blades says, "Unless one of you kills the other."

Thrayzar touches the door, and the bloody coil begins to twist and stretch, and suddenly within the yellow mist you see the image of the elven woman doubling over, gasping and clutching at her stomach. Her husband rushes to her side and her children drop their toys, screaming in worry.

Thrayzar steps away from the door.

Speaking to Blades, Pietra says, "We do that all the time, it's called "Date Night."

Earthdiver says, "Do you trust what the door shows you."

Thrassus says, "Well, that was unexpected."

Speaking to Blades, Pietra says, "Silly man."

Blades says, "Good relationship then."

Kayse evenly says, "It might be a trick."

Speaking to Xorus, Stormyrain asks, "An illusion? To keep him from breaking the curse?"

Nazca melodically says, "Wow that was something."

Blades says, "Stab away."

There is a deep cackling that echoes all around. "End the curse, end her."

Dergoatean asks, "What was it we heard in that field of red? If you go to her, you'll doom her? Something like that?"

There is a deep cackling that echoes all around. "End the curse, end her."

There is a deep cackling that echoes all around. "End the curse, end her."

Dergoatean recites:

"YOU SHUSH!"

Cryheart says, "The witch."

Speaking to Thrayzar, Ysharra asks, "Was this your choice?"

Xorus says, "Raznel enjoys her petty cruelties."

Thrayzar says, "Raznel is dead..."

Speaking to Thrayzar, Regwen says, "Its a vision meant to delay you."

Puptilian says, "The witch is gone."

Thrassus says, "But her curse still lingers."

Delyorik asks, "Do I really have to do things again?"

Goldstr exclaims, "I thinks dat be Stone!"

Ashraam says, "I'm well versed in curses, and slaying the cursed also works."

Speaking to Thrayzar, Chandrellia says, "Fight it, move forward, you got this."

Within the mist, the elven woman stands upright again. She moves to sit again, and the children still weep as the husband asked something in a muffled voice.

Speaking to Thrayzar, Ysharra says, "Whatever happened, it was long ago."

Speaking to Ysharra, Thrassus says, "I think it is happening now."

Delyorik says, "Keep your spells away from me, and let me go home, and we'll be fine."

Thrayzar slowly empties his lungs.

Delyorik says, "Otherwise..."

Speaking to Thrayzar, Regwen says, "We are here for you. It's only a vision."

Speaking to Cryheart, Pukk says, "I bet you are going to sleep in tomorrow."

Thrayzar stands in front of a wooden door.

Speaking to Thrayzar, Lylia asks, "Is this your past? Or her present?"

Speaking melodically to Thrayzar, Nazca says, "Whatever we're being shown here, it's either nothing or in the past. there is only one direction to go."

Kayse says, "I believe it is her present."

Lylia quietly says, "I see."

Ysharra says, "Poor woman."

Thrayzar touches the door again and the bloody coil restricts once more, and the elven woman screams, grasping at her stomach! Thrayzar jumps away from the door, and the woman looks around, her children now beyond frantic.

There is a deep cackling that echoes all around. "End the curse, end her."

There is a deep cackling that echoes all around. "End the curse, end her."

There is a deep cackling that echoes all around. "End the curse, end her."

Thrayzar sighs.

Pietra says, "Oh.... crap."

Delyorik says, "Someone has a curse on repeat. Knock it off."

Archious says, "It seems there may be a price yet to pay."

Goldstr exclaims, "Sheesh!"

Thrayzar says, "She is happy."

Lylia says, "It is one thing to choose to die for someone. It is another to decide to live accursed."

Speaking to Thrayzar, Regwen says, "End the curse and open the door."

Thrassus quietly says, "Ruthless."

Thrayzar asks, "And kill her?"

Thrayzar peers quizzically at Regwen.

Pietra says, "End the curse and you end her."

Thrayzar says, "No."

Chandrellia says, "Ok if he opens that door, it appears he will kill her, the tendrils will kill her, everytime he touches the door, the woman is in pain."

Gutstorm drunkenly slurs, "It a dream."

Speaking to Thrayzar, Regwen says, "Tis only a vision."

Speaking to Gutstorm, Darcena asks, "Is it?"

Dergoatean says, "Everything we have seen in here is a dream, or a memory, or a fear."

Speaking to Gutstorm, Pietra asks, "Is it?"

Speaking to Thrayzar, Ysharra asks, "Can we find her and resurrect her?"

Speaking to Thrayzar, Regwen says, "Meant to keep ye entrhalled."

Dergoatean says, "And hopefully she has deeds."

Leifa requests, "End the madness, please?"

Gutstorm drunkenly slurs, "Know why me know? we shtill in him head."

Gutstorm drunkenly slurs, "Oopsh."

Speaking to Gutstorm, Pietra says, "Wrong head, but yes."

Lylia says, "This is the nature of the curse, the heart of the mystery. He is cursed with the knowledge of this bond to her. And she sees nothing of it, but he must be aware, always."

Speaking to Thrayzar, Missoni asks, "Whose blood is in that coil?"

Wolfloner says, "Perhaps it would be useful to discern the purpose of the vision."

Evia says, "Someone wants you to remain cursed awfully much...think why."

Speaking to Stormyrain, Vaemyr asks, "Is it possible you could use the blood, from what you have to open the door instead? if that would make a difference?"

Delyorik says, "Fine."

Thrayzar slowly empties his lungs.

Speaking to Lylia, Goldstr says, "Good tinkin der."

Speaking melodically to Thrayzar, Nazca says, "Maybe it will help if you tell us a bit about her, and a bit about your relation to her."

Thrayzar looks down at his hands.

Thrayzar shakes his head.

Stormyrain says, "I don't know, but we do have the blood still on the neckerchief."

Thrassus says, "Stone could undo it."

Speaking quietly to Thrayzar, Ysharra says, "This is her way of lingering, to you."

Thrayzar touches his face, his fingers lingering on his human skin for a moment.

Evia says, "What that door really is, is the lock to the curse, kind of."

Speaking to Thrayzar, Regwen says, "Ye must move past the door to remain human."

Stormyrain says, "Which is..his orc blood, not his human blood--but closely related."

Speaking to Stormyrain, Missoni says, "If the blood on the door is not her blood...."

Thrayzar looks over at Regwen and shakes his head.

Delyorik says, "I need a nap. Show me a room... it's obvious that you don't want to let us go."

Gutstorm drunkenly slurs, "Need a mashk Thrayzar? ye kin be wutever ye want."

Speaking to Missoni, Stormyrain asks, "I am not sure there is a way to trace it?"

Speaking to Delyorik, Pietra says, "You might not want to nap in here."

Speaking to Xorus, Stormyrain asks, "Is there?"

Speaking to Thrayzar, Thrassus says, "Stone could unravel it and keep her alive, I would say."

Speaking to Thrayzar, Guarrin asks, "How do you want things handled on the other side?"

Speaking to Pietra, Delyorik says, "Well, his call."

Speaking to Thrayzar, Ysharra asks, "Can one of us open the door, instead?"

Vaemyr says, "One of the things Stone said... is that use blood to open the way."

Thrayzar says, "No."

Speaking to Delyorik, Pietra says, "He might not want you to nap in here either."

Speaking to Thrayzar, Ysharra asks, "Those who you bonded with, willingly?"

Thrayzar says, "She is happy."

Vaemyr says, "Perhaps... there is a choice here."

Speaking to Ysharra, Yardie says, "I fear the burden is his to bear."

Speaking to Ysharra, Yardie says, "The door, I mean."

Speaking to Thrayzar, Vaemyr says, "Sacrifice yourself rather than her to end the curse."

Speaking to Thrayzar, Regwen says, "The real woman is not that vision."

Speaking to herself, Stormyrain murmurs, "Use his blood, don't ask him."

Speaking melodically to Thrayzar, Nazca asks, "And who exactly is "she"?"

Speaking to Delyorik, Desorceri says, "Out leads to the circle."

Speaking quietly to Thrayzar, Ysharra asks, "I suppose you can't make any other choice, can you?"

Puptilian asks, "If Stone wants him changed and changing him kills the lady. What if that lady is the key and something Stone wants to really happen?"

Thrayzar looks down at his hands, then nods. Tuffs of burgundy fur begin to form along his fingers and slowly stretch up his arm.

Ysharra says, "He's taking the mantle up again."

Ysharra says, "Curse and all."

Pietra whispers something to Lylia.

Speaking to Stormyrain, Missoni says, "Use it."

Speaking to Thrayzar, Darcena reassures, "It's really not so bad."

Speaking to Stormyrain, Chandrellia says, "He has given us permission, and has fought this far, do it , just use it dont ask."

Speaking to Stormyrain, Missoni says, "He wanted it broken."

Speaking to Stormyrain, Kayse says, "Whatever you are going to do, you might need to do this quickly."

Leafiara says, "He seems to not want it broken now, though."

Thrayzar lowers his head, his hair going from sleek and smooth to thick and matted as more red fur stretches over his abdomen and arms.

Darcena murmurs, "Things change. We receive more information and it is okay for us to change our mind."

Goldstr whispers to the group, "Looks likehe Orcin back a bit."

Speaking to Thrayzar, Pietra says, "Goodbye."

Speaking to Missoni, Stormyrain says, "I will not use his blood without his permission, it is a tenet of the blood magic that I practice."

Lylia says, "We know this is a truth. In every other vision, Thrayzar was there. He is not with her. She is with her family, and her family alone. It is real."

Thrayzar slowly empties his lungs.

Puptilian says, "Its assuming that what we see is real and not an illusion to keep him from breaking it."

Speaking to Stormyrain, Yardie asks, "Blood magic you said?"

Speaking to Thrayzar, Guarrin asks, "Is there anything else we can do for you as you remain in this form?"

Speaking to Leafiara, Chandrellia says, "Or he is scared to push forward, scared of the unknown."

Speaking to Thrayzar, Dergoatean says, "I was nice seeing you human."

Delyorik says, "Ya'll are funny."

Speaking to Thrayzar, Evia says, "We will not forsake you, no matter your choice."

Missoni worriedly says, "He said he wanted to be human, and he will not be if this continues."

Speaking quietly to Thrayzar, Darcena says, "I see you, regardless of how much fur you have or how big your fangs are."

Gutstorm drunkenly slurs, "Put him in sharge of da kobolt villich?"

Red fur stretches up Thrayzar's neck, moving up under his chin, and expanding over his face like a sanguine mask.

Speaking to Chandrellia, Pietra says, "A life without her must have been too hard to bear."

Thrayzar nods at Darcena.

Speaking quietly to Thrayzar, Ysharra says, "At least you will still remember her, and that she is happy."

Speaking to Missoni, Stormyrain says, "And he said he did not wish to sacrifice her life for his."

Xorus says, "It is straining to imagine Raznel would concoct such an illusion when she could actually do it instead."

Speaking to Lylia, Yardie asks, "So he is reverting to his previous form to preserve her?"

Lylia quietly says, "Yes."

Nazca melodically says, "And now he's an orc again."

Speaking to Missoni, Stormyrain asks, "Will we not honor that request? Would we decide for him and leave him to live with the impact?"

Speaking to Lylia, Yardie says, "How about that. He is human after all."

Speaking to Thrayzar, Lylia says, "How many people did we see in your thoughts who are no longer here? So many..."

Thrayzar nods at Lylia.

Thrayzar frowns.

Leifa sighs, "True love."

Thrayzar looks down at his hands, as the final step of the transformation from man back to orc is finished.

Speaking to Thrayzar, Lylia asks, "Shall we remember you, then, in the same way?"

Cryheart says, "You made the choice for an honorable reason."

>l thrayz

You see Thrayzar.

He appears to be an Orc.

He is average height. He appears to be in the prime of life. He has dark brown eyes and burgundy fur-covered skin. He has long, thick and matted deep burgundy hair. He has a narrow face, a flat nose and a bony cranium and a missing finger. He has sharp discolored fangs and a wicked eye-shaped scar on his left cheek.

Missoni says, "Well, at least we know he wants the curse broken."

Cryheart says, "Remember that."

Speaking musingly to Thrayzar, Leafiara says, "Well, welcome back."

Speaking to Thrayzar, Delyorik says, "You're kinda cute... but not."

Speaking to Thrayzar, Ysharra says, "So that's what the black door meant. The origin of your curse."

Thrayzar slowly empties his lungs.

Meril softly says, "No, it is fear of the unknown. The human fear of what might happen after death, in the long walk to eternity."

Speaking to Lylia, Yardie says, "I....my mother once told me that the Faendryl, we make difficult decisions out of love and preservation for others. I wonder if she meant actions like this. It's....tender, I suppose."

Speaking to Thrayzar, Chandrellia says, "No matter the form you hold, you are more human then most I know."

Lylia quietly says, "Should I ever meet her, I shall remember you to her."

Thrayzar nods.

Speaking to Thrayzar, Ysharra says, "What a cruelty."

Speaking to Thrayzar, Stormyrain says, "Mayhaps one day we will --"

Speaking to Thrayzar, Regwen asks, "So ye thing yer mind is sound now?"

Speaking to Thrayzar, Vaemyr asks, "So ready to come back, to the land of the living with us all?"

Speaking to Yardie, Lylia says, "We do what we must."

Blades says, "No one wants to be human anyways."

Speaking to Thrayzar, Guarrin says, "There is always another way."

Speaking to Lylia, Yardie says, "It is all we can do."

Delyorik says, "I'm done with people who think they have power."

Speaking quietly to Thrayzar, Ysharra says, "There's always a way."

Thrayzar looks out, seeing the body of a wild eyed red orc tied on a wagon.

Lylia says, "Sometimes there is no saving everyone."

Speaking casually in Giantman to Guarrin, Darcena asks something you don't understand.

Thrayzar wanders into the mist.

Speaking in Giantman to Guarrin, Darcena says something you don't understand.

Xorus's group just went out.

Back Out It Again

[The Slope, Circle of Stones]

The massive stones completely encircle you. The fit of each lintel is exact, and a twin of the others. Underneath one arch, the brook burbles down into a pool in the center of the circle, filling a small depression, and then moving on through the other side. The quietness and tranquillity of this place is lulling, and seems to provide a haven for rest and healing. You also see the Vaemyr disk, a thick fudge brownie filled with pieces of walnut, a covered wagon and a red twelve-pointed star smeared in fresh blood along several of the stones.

Ysharra says, "...that was bravery."

Speaking to Thrayzar, Dergoatean asks, "How's your mind?"

Speaking to Thrayzar, Vaemyr says, "Looking a bit better there."

Quaroath says, "Alanna."

Regwen says, "So sad."

Goldstr says, "Back as his ole sel Orc, an I kinda like dat."

Nazca melodically says, "And we're back to the circle."

Speaking to Thrayzar, Guarrin asks, "Back with us?"

Arianiss says, "Oh yeah, everything was fine out there, thanks for asking."

The uniformed squires unlock the chains binding Thrayzar's body.

Speaking quietly to Thrayzar, Ysharra says, "We aren't done. We know more than we did."

Thrayzar stretches.

Thrayzar stands up.

Missoni says, "I think we can unravel it without harming her. Eventually."

Speaking to Thrayzar, Darcena says, "Welcome back, Thrayzar."

Nazca melodically says, "And Thrayzar is here too."

Speaking to Arianiss, Guarrin says, "Alosaka was keeping me updated."

Speaking warmly to Thrayzar, Stormyrain says, "Welcome home, former Marshal."

Thrayzar gazes in wonder at his surroundings.

Thrayzar sniffs.

Speaking to Darcena, Quaroath says, "I am not used to her being unable to reach me."

Speaking to Missoni, Ysharra says, "Absolutely."

Thrayzar says, "I am in your debt."

Cryheart says, "Ye are welcome."

Speaking to Thrayzar, Vaemyr says, "I think it was a debt you were owed already."

Thrayzar says, "I am also exhausted. But you will need to catch me up soon."

Stormyrain walks toward Thrayzar.

Stormyrain offers Thrayzar a bloodstained red neckerchief.

Speaking to Thrayzar, Stormyrain says, "This is yours."

Thrayzar accepts Stormyrain's red neckerchief.

Speaking thoughtfully to Arianiss, Meril says, "You... will have to answer for blasting yourself out of the dream and confusing all the healers."

Speaking to Thrayzar, Ysharra says, "Friends don't have debts. Just be careful, don't go visit the old settlement in the coastal cliffs."

Speaking to Thrayzar, Pietra says, "That was hard for you, thank you for letting us help."

Perigourd offers Thrayzar a mug of plum and honey mead.

Thrayzar bows to Stormyrain.

Cryheart says, "Rest well Thrayzar."

Thrayzar declines Perigourd's offer.

Speaking to Thrayzar, Goldstr says, "Never ye be in debt to us, but we still are to ye."

Stormyrain bows to Thrayzar.

Thrayzar says, "You all risked much. Thank you."

Puptilian says, "Rest well."

Lylia says, "I was not certain at all that I would see you again, in any form."

Speaking to Thrayzar, Ysharra says, "I don't envy you your dreams."

Thrayzar says, "I never thought I would escape."

Speaking to Thrayzar, Kayse says, "It is what friends do."

Speaking to Thrayzar, Geijon says, "So had you."

Nazca melodically says, "That was... interesting."

Speaking to Thrayzar, Guarrin says, "You are of course welcome to continue your stay if you wish until you are rested."

Speaking to Thrayzar, Chandrellia says, "Not the foirst time we have risked everything for someone."

Speaking to Thrayzar, Darcena asks, "And you were probably going insane having to listen to the Code every night, yes?"

Thrayzar nods at Guarrin.

Speaking to Pukk, Pietra says, "I like being human."

Thrayzar grins at Darcena.

Speaking to Thrayzar, Puptilian says, "The witch is gone, Cross is gone but Stone is not. Work is not done yet."

Thrayzar says, "I am ready for my spurs."

Thrayzar nods at Darcena.

Darcena bursts out in loud, raucous laughter at Thrayzar.

Speaking to Pukk, Pietra says, "Though I've never been an orc."

Speaking to Pietra, Pukk says, "I do too."

Thrayzar says, "Agreed Puptilian."

Speaking to Thrayzar, Guarrin says, "I would say you proved it."

Speaking to Thrayzar, Darcena whispers aloud, "Don't tell him about when I snuck in better reading material."

Arianiss asks, "Did you all find Grishom inside?"

Speaking melodically to Thrayzar, Nazca asks, "Thrayzar. Wha was that place, was it a curse, or maybe a prison? perhaps both?"

Lylia whispers something to Xorus.

Speaking to Arianiss, Kayse says, "No...we never saw him."

Speaking to Thrayzar, Vaemyr says, "You'll have to catch up with Mayor Thadston sometime."

Thrayzar nods at Nazca.

Arianiss says, "Probably nothing."

Speaking to Melikor, Ysharra says, "Tomorrow, more snakes."

Pukk says, "He went into the fog I heard."

Puptilian says, "The curse had nothing to do with Stone."

Arianiss says, "He did, Alosaka and I saw him."

Pukk asks, "I wonder if he got out or is he still in here?"

Xorus whispers something to Lylia.

Thrayzar asks, "Mayor Thadston?"

Thrayzar asks, "Did you all go mad?"

Vaemyr nods at Thrayzar.

Speaking to Thrayzar, Vaemyr says, "It's a bit of a long story."

Speaking to Thrayzar, Pukk says, "Yes, they did."

Cryheart says, "He became a citizen of the Landing."

Speaking to Thrayzar, Lylia says, "Yes. Some of us were such a hard act to follow that only Thadston would dare."

Speaking to Thrayzar, Stormyrain says, "Yes. He appointed me Marshal, so you know we're completely lost."

Speaking drunkenly to Thrayzar, Gutstorm slurs, "Lesher of tahoo ebilsh."

Speaking to Guarrin, Ysharra says, "You could lullabye him with your pipes."

Thrayzar shakes his head.

Speaking to Thrayzar, Geijon says, "I didn't vote."

Thrayzar says, "I have much to catch up on."

Lylia says, "I name no names."

Speaking to Ysharra, Guarrin says, "Pipes are for the morning."

Thrayzar puts on a bloodstained red neckerchief.

Nazca melodically says, "I'm not even a landing citizen."

Speaking to Thrayzar, Stormyrain says, "Shinann sends her warmest regards. She looks forward to tea soon."

Speaking to Guarrin, Ysharra says, "Wrong sort of morning, then."

Gutstorm drunkenly slurs, "Tea?"

Vaemyr says, "For now, we all should probably rest."

Speaking to Guarrin, Ysharra says, "Seing as it's nearly four in the morning now."

Speaking to Thrayzar, Pukk asks, "Hapenlok almost became mayor. Can you imagine?"

Leafiara can offer Pukk only a blank expression.

Thrayzar slowly empties his lungs.

Speaking to Thrayzar, Evia says, "You are welcome to still nap in the Holding, like whenever you wish."

Speaking to Leafiara, Pukk says, "He did run."

Speaking to Pukk, Pietra says, "Not fast."

Thrayzar says, "I'm...I'm going to walk for a bit. I am fine. Thank you again. I am in your debt."

Speaking to Pukk, Wolfloner asks, "He got.......six votes?"

Speaking wearily to Pukk, Leafiara says, "Yeah, I know, I--"

Speaking to Wolfloner, Pukk says, "That was a close one."

Thrayzar looks down at his hands for a moment, then turns his gaze back to the horizon.

Speaking to Wolfloner, Yardie says, "Mentor.....I will visit your people tomorrow."

Thrayzar just went out.
