The formula is 1 + 1 per [[Summation chart|seed]] 4 spell ranks. For example, it will provide +5 mana every minute once the caster knows up to spell 222, +8 mana at 249, +12 mana at 299, etc. Non-native casters will not be able to generate more than 1 mana per minute.
