Description
Mobility increases ability to react to many maneuver attacks, providing the equivalent of 20 Dodge ranks, and also providing rangers a bonus to STEALing.
- Training in the Ranger Base spell circle adds +1 to phantom Dodge ranks for every spell rank over 618, and also increases the ranger-only bonus to stealing.
- The spell will protect the user from a Combat Maneuver (CM) if the maneuver is able to be evaded.
The bonus for this spell caps at level and at 100 Ranger Base ranks. The mana cost increases by +1 for every 5 bonus.
