Adrenal Surge (1107)

Adrenal Surge forces the target to stand up from prone. This spell also cures the overexertion caused by using too much stamina. This spell has a chance to release a webbed target from webs. There is a 10 second cooldown between successful casts.
Training in Spiritual Lore, Blessings unlocks an ability to restore lost stamina when cast. There is a cooldown period of 5 minutes when using this benefit.
- At 15 lore ranks, 25 stamina is restored.
- At 35 lore ranks, 50 stamina is restored.
- At 65 lore ranks, all stamina is restored.
Alchemy tie in recipes
This potion can be made by empaths with at least 42 ranks in Alchemic Potions. This recipe was learned through the library system, so it is possible empaths with less ranks in Potions can create this potion.
Alchemy spell products (and, any other magic item or arcane symbol) will use the activator's skills when casting the spell. However, unless you know the spell, there will be a penalty (spell nativity). In the case of Adrenal Surge, it will only count 1/3 of the Spiritual Lore, Blessings ranks if the activator is not an empath.
