Faith Shield grants the paladin, who has a stalwart faith in her patron, a powerful spiritual defense to aid in warding off spells. Faith Shield adds a base of +50 to Spiritual target defense (TD) for a duration of 30 seconds. There is an additional +1 second added to the duration of this spell for every two Paladin Base spell ranks known above rank 19. The maximum duration is 70 seconds at 99 paladin spell ranks.
Lore Benefits
Training in Spiritual Lore, Religion provides an addition bonus of +3 Spiritual TD at 5 ranks with a maximum TD bonus of +24 at 68 ranks.
The total maximum bonus from this spell (base + lore) is capped at +74 Spiritual TD.
