Pious Trial, when successfully cast, will add a +2 second slow effect to the target, thereby, increasing its Roundtime (RT) for many physical actions by +2 seconds. This effect has a base duration of 60 seconds. If successful, it will also automatically stop Haste (506) if it is active on the target.
This spell is subject to a warding roll.
Lore Effects
Spiritual Lore, Summoning
Training in Spiritual Lore: Summoning increases the target's RT by +1 at 10 ranks (total RT: +3) and an additional +1 at 25 ranks (total RT: +4).

With a non-targeted cast (open cast without specifying a target) one additional target will be affected for every 10 ranks of Spiritual Lore, Blessings. INCANTing 1602 will result in a single target attack only.
