Censure (316)
| ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
|
Censure is a warding spell that will cause a character or creature to become either stunned or immobilized, depending upon the magnitude of the endroll. For endrolls < 150, the effect will stun the creature/player, while those > 150 will cause an immobilization effect.
Censure will attempt to affect up to 4 targets, increased by training in Spiritual Lore, Religion. When open cast, the spell will not effect other players in the same group as the caster or CONVERTed to the same deity. This can be circumvented, if desired, by casting the spell directly at a target.
Duration of the spell is based on endroll, with a minimum of 8 sec. and a maximum of 25 sec. Note that the duration "starts over" when the stunned/immobilized threshold is reached, potentially allowing a longer effect with a lower endroll.
