The Weather Orb is a sphere designed to work with the Open Sea Adventures system. When used, it will alter the weather in the area of the OSA region is was used in, which in turn affects what types of enemy ships spawn. This item was introduced at Duskruin Arena mania event in 2022. In February, 2023, it was moved to the Bloodriven Village shop, A Pirate Looks at Four Teas

Tier 1

Analyze

You analyze the crystal orb and sense that the creator has provided the following information:
                           Weather Orb
 Description: These orbs allow the Captain and Crew Members to change the weather of the segment of the ocean they are currently in.  This can only be used on a segment once every 30 minutes.  This will also block the weather from changing for 30 minutes with a similar method.
 All charges reset at midnight.

 Alterations:  General alterations are fine. The custom color must be a color and make sense with the messaging.  The orb must remain an orb or sphere.
