In-Character

Saraphenia Autumnwind, or Phenia to her friends and lovers, was the wife of Leafiara Autumnwind, who Phenia called "Goddess" and to whom Phenia called herself "her Dragonfly." Born a slave on the 10th of Charlatos, 5089 on the Aelotoi home world of Bre'Naere, Saraphenia managed to escape the Kiramon when only a small child. Later in life, on Elanthia, she would become a citizen and eventually a Town Councilor of Wehnimer's Landing. In time, she would become a staple in many organizations, most notably a board member officer of the Raise Your Stout Krew (RYSK) and the right hand of founder Julenne, building it up in its early days.

Throughout her adventuring career, Phenia would establish herself at first as the Battling Bardess, but struggles ultimately led her to refocus her training and become a monk, whose combat principles she would embrace to see her through to the end of her training journey. Known also as the Aelotoi of Love, Phenia was a cheery girl with a sunny disposition and a sweet heart who gave generously to even the youngest adventurers and embodied the Cyrtae'ni culture's optimistic view of the future.

During Phenia's final happy years with Leafi and her RYSK family, she would fully embrace her Aelotoi of Love side and her player would pass the Aelotoi of Death mantle down to Phenia's friend Domshella, a fierce aelotoi warrior.

She had wished to become a member since 5122 and likely would have been eventually had the Rooks' reorganization moved more quickly.

Bees buzz around the ceramic planters atop the brick wall that lines the flagstone lane on both sides, feeding on the colorful blossoms.  Flowering dogwood trees shade the lawns of the small cottages that rest behind the gaps in the wall.  You also see a plain townhouse and a cozy white wooden bungalow.

[Saraphenia's Home]
Walls of glossy haon and a glossy black ebonwood floor covered by a gold-threaded white cotton mat enclose this small room.  In one corner lies a mahogany four-poster bed, and near the bed sits a hexagonal fel-inlaid haon table.  Above an embossed white marble fireplace hangs a shadow box display of knots.  The room holds a very strong scent of chocolate.  You also see a black velvet wing-back chair and a door.

Councilor Office

A rich merlot carpet stretches from end to end of this large, spacious chamber, which is aglow from the sunlight shining in through several arched windows along an entire wall.  Large, verdant green plants rest in terra cotta vases in each corner of the room, and the walls are decorated with detailed paintings of nearby historical landmarks.  A circular table sits in the center of the room, surrounded by several wooden chairs.  You also see a deep black wooden door, a polished black mahogany door emblazoned with a silver dragonfly, a wide burnished oak archway, an ivory-washed birch door and a reinforced oak door.

Royal blue wallpaper embossed with gold warcats over silver dragonflies and cherry red leaves rings a cozy room with a window, inviting light toward a black mahogany floor partly covered by an oval rug.  A pink heart-shaped desk rests at one end of the room, flanked by an ivory wing-backed chair on one side and two scarlet armchairs on the other.  At the far end, a couch striped in scarlet and ivory stands adjacent to a coffee table sporting refreshments and a candy dish.  You also see a polished black mahogany door emblazoned with a silver dragonfly.

A polished ivory nameplate occupies the center of the heart-shaped desk, bearing the name "Councilor Saraphenia Autumnwind" in thick black ink with flourished ends on most of the lettering.  Quills and inkpots flank it while stacks of paper pile high but neat at the desk's edges.

Looking at once inviting and impressive with its plush cushions and generously padded armrests, the wing-backed chair stands sentry behind the office's main desk, ready to serve its town official through thick and thin.
