Frost-hued rhimar cart

The frost-hued rhimar cart is a wandering cart in Mist Harbor that sells armor and weapons, and specializes in cold-flaring items. It is available in the winter, and is run by Grunther.

Flanked on the east and west by guard towers, the small gatehouse stands silent sentry over the tall wrought iron gates that separate the encroaching jungle from the cobblestone streets of the town. Painted in muted hues of yellow and crowned with terracotta tiles, the tiny structure provides shelter for a pair of guards that stand rigidly at attention. You also see a frost-hued rhimar cart with some stuff on it and a white-haired elderly male warrior.
