Delayed services are merchant services that involve emailing with a GameMaster in order to complete. Once the player has completed writing what he/she wants (multiple drafts may be involved), the GameMaster then coordinates with QC to have the specifics approved. After that is done, the GameMaster will email the player and likely have him ASSIST (verb) in game to have the service set up on the character or item.
