Composed entirely of elemental flame, the majestic blazing red phoenix resembles a deadly bird of prey, with a short hooked beak, a compact muscular frame, wide wingspan, and sharp talons.  Its unearthly form is a constant wreathing of elemental fire that is at once blinding as it is scalding.

Hunting Strategies

Will attempt a rebirth maneuver, resurrecting itself when killed. The chance to successfully perform this is increased substantially if there is a living Ash Guardian in the room.

Phoenixes are able to burn away the effects of Web (118):

The phoenix releases a torrent of elemental fire from its body, instantly disintegrating the webs attempting to ensnare it.

Other disables such as Bind (214) and the root flare from Sigil Staves are not affected by this ability.
