Windfellow's Retreat/2021

All are invited back to the grounds formerly known as Windfellow's Retreat for this year's Premium Festival! Rocknoggin and his kin will be welcoming visitors back to their keep for a week of fun and frivolity! There will be merchants from all across the lands, bringing wares both familiar and new for prospective customers. Various artisans and craftspeople will be working for the masses, and Rocknoggin and the other gargoyles will be happy to welcome visitors once more!

The Premium Festival runs July 9 - July 18, 2021. Festival grounds open at 9pm ET on July 9 and close at midnight on July 18.

Despite the best efforts of the pair of pierced iron braziers limning the entrance of this narrow alcove, shadows cling to the ironwood bookshelves tucked into its back corners. A brass-hinged footlocker, its padlock still closed but attached to a battered and dangling lockplate, stands opened and resting on its side near a small puddle of indeterminate origin.

The lorgnettes on top of the bookshelves are less ornate than the ones inside, but both function the same.

The shoes in the footlocker are good for throwing at people.  The darts are also good for throwing at people... and dartboards.

Absolutely none of the goods in this alcove were filched, stolen, or misappropriated.  It's not my fault if people leave their luggage lying around unattended for long or short periods of time.  They ought to know better!

The thick stone blocks that comprise the walls and floor of the cell stifle the surrounding din of the area, their surfaces covered in blackened moss and a variety of decaying vines. Rusted iron shelves and racks are haphazardly placed on each side of an unhinged door toward the back of the room, the center decorated by a circle of dimly lit candles bleeding wax through the cracks in the rock.

Golden-hued linden paneling encloses this cozy wagon, ending just above the thickly cushioned benches which line three of the four walls. Pairs of rectangular windows stand on either side of the wagon's entry, each shuttered and draped with plush red and white striped velveteen. On the opposite wall, a row of carved linden pegs displays some of the clothing sold in the wagon, and the remainder of the wares are piled haphazardly in a capacious ebonwood trunk.
