Watch out for the greater ice spider's webbing attack. This attack, if successful, will cause you to fall to the ground, possibly take damage, and be stunned for several rounds. In most cases this will be long enough for the spider to finish you off. Attack quickly and use mobility/agility/dexterity enhancing spells and devices when facing these creatures. |

Often first noticed as just a large clump of moving snow, the greater ice spider resolves into a wide, low-slung spider three feet across and half again as long. Covered with thick, white hair to ward against the cold wind, the greater ice spider roams the snowfields looking for anything living it can web and consume.[1]
