Parshillam Dzu was a city of the Parkshnuum Clan of Dwarves.
Parshillam Dzu was the center of forging for the Parkshnuum dwarves. In the city, the Parkshnuum gladly taught the other races of Elanthia the techniques of dwarven forging, for a price. It was referred to as an open forge city.
