The shan warrior stands in a half-crouch, her long, knotty legs giving her that lanky, dangerous look of a wolf. Walking upright, the body covered with mottled grey fur and her long arms conclude in large, clawed hands with semi-opposable thumbs. The shan warrior's dog-like visage is fierce, with slavering jaws and eyes that glow like something out of a bad dream.

Other information
The shan warrior has a "bark" ability which adds to its AS. Because this ability can stack one on top of the other, there is a very slim chance of a shan warrior barking three or more times in a row. Because of this unique ability the shan warrior has the potential to have the highest AS of any standard creature in the game.
When you are dead the shan will "rake ribbons of flesh from your face," and sometimes make you keep bleeding.
The warriors can Disarm Weapon.
There is a chance of being infected by a disease when they hit you with their weapon:
A shan warrior swings a gleaming silver flamberge at you! AS: +261 vs DS: +79 with AvD: +40 + d100 roll: +32 = +254 ... and hits for 109 points of damage! Awesome slash severs your right arm! A jagged stump is all that remains! You are stunned for 10 rounds! You suddenly feel deathly ill as your body is wracked by a virulent disease!
Other Messaging:
A shan warrior paces in a zig-zag pattern, pausing briefly to yawn and reveal an impressive array of sharp teeth. The shan warrior's muzzle wrinkles as he sniffs the air, an inquisitive expression filling his eyes as it analyzes the messages carried on the wind. With his tail lowered and his pointed ears laid back, a shan warrior strides silently, moving with effortless grace and a speed that betrays its formidability. A shan warrior paces restlessly, a glint of intelligence in his eyes. A shan warrior's snout wrinkles as he bares hideously long teeth and a growl of malice rumbles in his throat. The shan warrior throws back his head and howls in triumph! (when they kill you) A shan warrior whimpers as he slowly backs away, his teeth bared. A shan warrior's body shimmers slightly. Suddenly, his features cave in, falling grotesquely into a haunting visage of decay, before abruptly fraying to a pile of fur and fangs that marks the spot of his death like a silhouette.
