Dhu Noakfhar was a city built by the Roramnoak Clan of the Dwarves.
Dhu Noakfhar was built to sustain trade between the Roramnoak Clan and the Turamzzyrian Empire. The city was built after negotiations with the human empire and located under the city of Krestle in the Barony of Bourth.
