The moor hound stands nearly as tall as a halfling, her broad shoulders easily support the weight of her frame. The jet-black fur is matted and frizzled, giving the hound an unkept appearance. Tiny droplets of perspiration drip from her blood-red eyes as misty vapor wafts out of the nostrils. A curl in her upper lip forms, revealing a massive canine tooth as she hungrily looks upon her pray.[1]

Other information

In outside rooms, moor hounds have a damaging water spitting attack. The moor hounds in inside rooms do not have this attack.

A moor hound dips his heads into the murky bog. Tiny bubbles drift to the surface near the hound's neck. In a spray of water, the moor hound jerks his head out of the bog and an angered curl forms in his lower lip. Without warning, the moor hound emits a muffled bark that sprays a mixture of putrid bog water throughout the area!
A moor witch is buffeted by the acidic bog water and is knocked to the ground.

... 30 points of damage!
Acid dissolves the knee ligaments. Your tibia passes your femur in a very unpleasant manner!
You are knocked to the ground!
You are stunned for 6 rounds!

Roundtime: 20 Sec.

Unable to react quickly enough, you are covered in a wash of putrid bog water that soon starts to sizzle and burn.

... 50 points of damage!
Acid Flush! Your brains get washed right out your mouth!

A moor hound will eat a dead body if given the chance. An example of a moor hound eating the dead:

A moor hound stares at Body hungrily, foam frothing heavily upon his lips. The hound's eyes gleem with excitement as he spies Body's right arm. With a swift and sudden movement, the hound sinks his large, canine teeth into Body's right arm, and with a quick head jerk, severs the limb from Body's body. Content with his new found snack, the hound shreds and voraciously consumes every ounce of flesh, leaving only a bare bone.
