Private properties are structures owned by private individuals who must pay a monthly rent. They are different from SimuCoin private properties in that if the owner fails to pay rent, they will be repossessed and distributed to another character on a paid account, usually via auction or raffle. Properties inside of towns often require the owner to have citizenship of that town (e.g. Aies apartment in Ta'Illistim).

Elans

Elans are a currency used only for private properties (including SimuCoin private properties). They debuted at the December 2017 run of Summit Academy and can be purchased from the SimuCoin Store during appropriate events.

Options that have been released for purchase with elans include:

  • Permanent Ownership License
  • Single Room Addition
  • Large Storage Addition
  • Transportation Key
  • Property Renaming

Other restrictions including one per account and limited number of purchases have also been applied.
