The Ralgrenek Clan was a clan of the Dwarves.
The Ralgrenek Clan were classified as one of the wandering clans of the Dwarves. In the course of their travels, the Ralgrenek developed magic and knowledge in connection to the flora of Elanthia. As a result, they used the healing properties of such to become the finest of the dwarven empaths. Through their efforts, the knowledge of healing properties of mine lichens and mosses were spread throughout the dwarven race.
