Kedshold was a city in the area that later became the Barony of Bourth in the Turamzzyrian Empire. The city of Krestle was built on its ruins.

In the vicinity of Kedshold, the Order of Voln was established. Kedshold was part of the Kannalan Empire and then later, the Kannalan Alliance. It was burnt to ruins after its defeat by the Turamzzyrian Empire in the time of Empress Selantha Anodheles.
