Kobolds are a rodent-like race of creatures which dwell throughout Elanthia.
Smaller than a dwarf and even many halflings, kobolds have ruddy skin and a hairless pate topped with small horns. Long-limbed for its size, the kobold eschews any display of brute strength and relies on what agility it pretends to have. The kobold stares at its enemies with beady little black eyes to size up its foe.

Messaging
When fighting several kobolds at once, if one of them dies the others will mourn:
The kobold throws herself on the kobold's lifeless body. The kobold exclaims, "Alas, my friend, I knew thee well!"
Other information
When two kobolds work together, they are capable of knocking over even the most skilled adventurers, though they're clumsy enough to attack themselves from time to time. They have even been known to kill themselves. Due to their clumsy antics, they are some of the more adored creatures in Elanthia, along with goblins.
