Charl was the god of the sea, as well as god of storms. He was of the Pantheon of Liabo.
He was notable for his disfavor of humans and for having declined to answer Koar's request for his presence six times before answering. Some clerics believe that Charl is actually a dark god, to be numbered with the Lornon, but Charl has sworn fealty to Koar and thus, has chosen to side with the gods of Light.
His daughter was Niima, a minor spirit.
