Censure is an area of effect warding spell. By speaking a divine incantation, the caster causes affected enemies to become either Stunned or Immobilized, depending upon the magnitude of the endroll. For endrolls < 150, the effect will stun the creature/player, while those > 150 will cause an immobilization effect.
By default, Censure targets only enemy creatures. EVOKE will cause it to target ungrouped players as well. This version still prioritizes creatures unless directly targeting another player.
Censure has a base maximum of three targets affected, increased by Spiritual Mana Control.
Duration of the spell is calculated using the standard negative duration formula.
Certain enemies, most notably priests or those favored by arkati, are naturally immune to Censure and will always be unaffected.
Mana Control Benefit
Each 50 points of Spiritual Mana Control skill bonus will add one to the maximum number of targets affected.

Messaging
When casting this spell, the messaging will be different depending upon the caster's CONVERT-chosen deity, except with the rare exception Well of Life (308) where it instead detects the target's deity. Expand the chart below to see all known possibilities. Any missing information can be added at the deity messaging page.
