If successful, the target takes immediate [[health]] damage plus a [[critical]] type [[Holy_critical|dependent on the caster's chosen deity]]. An additional round of health and critical [[Damage over time|damage over time]] (DoT) is inflicted every 2 seconds after the initial hit until a total of 5 rounds. Each round the target also receives a stacking debuff of -5 [[DS]] and -3 [[TD]], stacking up to a maximum of -25 DS /-15 TD. The debuff persists for 15 seconds after the last round.

If a target is killed while under the effects of Condemn, the cleric builds up the ability to [[EVOKE]] an empowered version of the spell that causes all five rounds of damage to immediately trigger. To earn an empowerment charge, it takes 10 kills of targets under the effect (can be reduced with [[#Spiritual Lore, Religion|Spiritual Lore, Religion]]). A cleric may only store 1 charge of an empowered Condemn by default, but training in [[#Spiritual Lore, Blessings|Spiritual Lore, Blessings]] increases the maximum stored charges by +1 per seed 10 summation. The number of stored charges may be viewed with the [[SPELL (verb)|SPELL]] verb.

Condemn makes a standard maneuver roll that uses the caster's Cleric Base spell ranks and Spell Aiming ranks.

If successful, the target takes immediate health damage plus a critical type dependent on the caster's chosen deity. An additional round of health and critical damage over time (DoT) is inflicted every 2 seconds after the initial hit until a total of 5 rounds. Each round the target also receives a stacking debuff of -5 DS and -3 TD, stacking up to a maximum of -25 DS /-15 TD. The debuff persists for 15 seconds after the last round.
