Refund Policy

The refund fee is a flat 10%. The deadline to apply for a refund is 24 hours from the time of purchase. Delayed service purchases that have been redeemed must be refunded within 24 hours of the service being applied.

No refunds beyond 24 hours after general shop purchases. No fee on purchases made within 24 hours that were a mistake. No refunds on items purchased during previous events. No refunds on auction items or live event services (e.g., Mania wins). This includes refunds on other items because of your auction win. No refunds on WPS services and Weight Reduction services. If you make a mistake on the type, please ASSIST. No refunds on gilded locus services. If you make a mistake, the NPC can help you reconfigure your locus.

Layers of tanned animal hide cover all the walls and windows of this building. The rooms are sectioned off by elk horn arches held up by whitewashed wooden beams that are covered with bloodstains. At the center peak of the room dangles a chandelier of skulls that are decorated with a mix of horns and candles, the wax coating everything and dripping down onto a table below. You also see an animal hide-lined door leading out.

Rack 'Em Up, Slaughter Room

Two wooden tables create an "L" shape in the northeastern corner of the room. The surfaces seeped in a viscous, black ichor that emits a putrid stench in the air. Half-taxidermied animals are strewn across the room, their pelts molding away in patches that expose the skeletal frame beneath. A large statue of a grizzly bear standing on its hind legs stands eight feet tall near the table with a claw holding onto a basket.

Long-forgotten carcasses are left to hang from hooks across a large beam of wood. Fragile fragments of dried muscle and tendons keep the whole of the skeletal forms. A musty and blackened bear hide rug covers the floor, its thick fur badly matted and flea-infested.

Patchwork walls form an irregularly shaped interior of rotted wooden planks and warped beams, the floor equally buckled and uneven around a battered wooden rack held in place by moss that has grown through in thick patches. Thatched vines and brambles glisten with streaks of ichor and damp blood, their jagged thorns and hardened spines jutting downward from the ceiling. Sagging dangerously low in the center of the room, a rotting ichor-covered crate dangles from a series of knotted cables. You also see a crooked wooden stand.

Rodnir's Folly

The north and south walls here are formed from the cracked and splintered section of a ship's hold, buried underground and packed with mud where the bow and aft would join if it were still a seaworthy craft. A length of mossy rigging dangles from the edges of a vine-covered hole above a massive flat red-spotted mushroom, and a scattering of overturned crates litter the angular, convex wooden floor. You also see a stained wooden chest.
